First charges still not deposited to our account after 5 days!!

The process of changing to Dharma has been easy and efficient. My only request would have been more instruction in use of the device, although I called support and spoke with support staff immediately who was very helpful and gave good instruction. So far so good although it is still early.

Very good services. The procedure of document very fast. The transaction fees are explicit, easy to understand.

Their rates are fair and transparent and they are responsive. The MX Merchant platform is fantastic as well. Easy to manage and process and they are constantly looking to improve their processes.

So far so good. It took way to long to get approved. if it was't for that it would be five stars.

We've only been with Dharma for a couple of weeks but, in that short time, the customer support has been top-notch. We asked a bunch of questions before signing up and they answered all questions promptly, courteously, and comprehensively. Unlike other merchant account providers, Dharma is completely up-front and transparent with their fees. As for funding, Dharma is faster than our former provider and there haven't been any batch failures.

Super simple set up. My questions were answered very promptly and efficiently. Nick Bencivenga could not have been nicer and more helpful in every way possible. Highly recommend. Very happy customer and really look forward to the savings.

Dharma's customer service is pretty amazing. There's no phone trees or virtual assistants, or operators with heavy accents. Someone just answers the phone and fixes your problems or answers your questions in a couple of minutes. Their prices or great, too. I've used them for about 5 years, and don't plan on switching anytime soon.
