Some great software to save time inputting invoices from suppliers & contractors, receipts for credit card expenses all in one place. It's very simple and easy to use, saves me at least a day a month.

DEXT easy use

Send expense report to selected supervisor for approval from mobile devise or computer. Boom! done just like that. i find it very easy to use.
