Hi Myself Abhijit Chopdar completed my Passionprenuer Mastermind Programmer Batch 16 today, and i am excited and thrilled to becoming the party of this family now. I just attended Dev Gadhvis introductory webinar on investing in real estate.
After wasting two hours of mine on how one can get wealthy investing in real estate, he (together with some Mr. Mehta) started talking about investing in a land parcel in Dholera. After hearing about Dholera for more than half an hour I posted a simple question "Is this webinar for marketing a land parcel?" Exactly this. I was immediately ejected from the webinar.
Can you imagine? Just for asking a genuine question. When someone does that it's a clear red flag - they are guilty of it and they don't want others to get swayed by the truth so they ejected me from the webinar. Second, I have actually paid for this webinar and I am being unceremoniously ejected.
Please be wary of such scammers who are there only to take your money and sell their investment out at a exorbitant rate. Don't trust these guys at all.
Because where there is guilty, there is ejection of naysayers or even people who are asking a genuine question.
Even if you make money on the investment trust me they will make 10x of what you make and you will be left with the crumbs at best.
