At the station I called for direction how to get to the office staff response was most polite and helpful. When I arrived at the office for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted with a warm smile and requested to take my seat, in a most courteous way. staff was already dealing with another client. The service was top notch. When I was being served, I felt respected and dignified. Staff Ola is very good with her public relations (PR).
