I've had the privilege of working with Helen over several mentoring sessions, and I genuinely can't recommend her highly enough.

Running a small business can feel incredibly overwhelming, particularly when you're trying to juggle the day-to-day workload with bigger plans for growth. Being diagnosed with ADHD has also helped me understand why I often have so many ideas but struggle to know where to focus my time and energy. Helen has been brilliant at helping me cut through that overwhelm.

One of the things I've valued most is that Helen doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. She listens carefully, recognises the strengths and progress you've already made, but also isn't afraid to challenge you in a constructive way. She helped me stop trying to do everything at once and instead focus on the tasks that would genuinely move my business forward, rather than simply keeping me busy.

She has a wonderful ability to take a complicated situation and simplify it into clear, achievable next steps. Her advice is always thoughtful, practical and tailored to my business, never a one-size-fits-all approach. I particularly appreciated the time she spent researching software options, funding opportunities and technical support on my behalf. It was obvious she genuinely cared about helping me make informed decisions rather than just pointing me towards generic resources.

Helen is patient, encouraging and incredibly generous with both her time and knowledge. She creates an environment where you feel supported, understood and accountable, which has been invaluable for me.

Thanks to Helen's guidance, I've made some important decisions that have given me much more clarity and confidence about the direction of my business. Simplifying my systems, focusing on the right priorities and learning to work with my ADHD rather than constantly fighting against it has made a real difference.

I really enjoyed the workshop with Helen. Gave me a lot to think about and bring back to use in my work. Great online workshop that introduces you to the ikigai concept. There were also some light exercises to help you find our own ikigai and these were really helpful. Great teaching style.

I attended the Breakthrough Leadership Workshop yesterday which was delivered by Helen, it was excellent from start to finish.
