Needed to order again and have the items express shipped over. The plant walls previously ordered looked good so decided to continue with another section of wall - very thick and lush green wall panels and the lady was very friendly to deal with.

Ordered the potted black bamboo plant and some ivy screens for the screening wall and very happy with both

Bamboo is very good quality with thick strong leaves and the wall faux ivy looks very dense and like a real plant wall but no water. Fast P and H and good live chat support to choose.

Dave was really good to deal with, supporting a choice of a nice dense foliage and install follow up. The boxwood screen looks natural and much better than shade cloth for covering up a fence wjere you don't want to see neighbours looking through, I actually discovered them in California but have family in Australia to so wanted to ensure I had something rhat wouldn't die between my work trips from the states and down under and this works perfectly well.

Exceptional service by the showroom team and they went above and beyond to help. The plant panels we chose looked really lush compared to others we visited and when installing we need some tips and the staff messaged us on Sunday explaining some tips as our space was sloping. Very nice finish in the end and enjoyed years looking good so now came back to do our new home again.

Be very careful with your purchase - they don't give refunds!!!! I spent $400 on artificial 2 wall hangings - they looked terrible and now can only get a credit (to purchase more of what I don't want). What a bad purchase that was!

Designerplants Australia is expensive so you’d think you would receive a high quality realistic looking palm tree. What we got was anything but quality. It looked like something you’d pick up from the reject shop instead. Looked as fake as my breast implants that I got done on the Gold Coast. Beware of this company they are dishonest and will definitely take your money but won’t refund.

Lightweight and Portable! I love that I can easily move the plants around to change up my decor whenever I feel like it.

Perfect for Allergies! As someone who loves plants but suffers from allergies, these fake plants are a lifesaver. They look so real and don’t cause any allergic reactions.

I ordered 3 of the eden panels for my family condo wall to block out the ugly metal screen that was badly painted. The delivery took 3 days to my aunty in CA. and the product was exceptional with realistic colors and also free install parts came with this plant panel. Following the hanging of the green wall I spoke to Toni and she assisted with advice about fluffing the plants and now it looks really superb 👌 no complaints and will do a second wall when budget permits. Happy to upload image if there is a way. I had actually visited their Australian showroom and then ordered the items before returning stateside and super impressed and can see why they operate in multiple places with such florally realistic walls

I purchased a faux boxwood hedge for my outdoor deck. This is the lowest quality artificial plant I've ever purchased. Designer Plants' website looks amazing, but beware! The product I purchased is literally sagging on the frame. When trying to assemble the product many foliage pieces fell out. You can see through the panel it is so sparsely knit. This is not a premium product. When I complained, their reply was basically the photo online is what you get. No. The photo online does reflect the poor quality of this product. Designer Plant's reply to me is that that they have literally sold thousands of the boxwood hedge. That may be true, BUT, please review their egregious return policy at the time of your purchase, excerpt insert below. The policy essentially prohibits returns by making it cost prohibitive! Designer Plants offers no return label to its customers. When I went to UPS, I was told the return would cost me $115. I left and went to the US Post Office. There I was told the return would be $105. So I would need to pay another $115 to return the piece of crap I bought for $199, minus their additional fees!
