After looking at your order history we see that your Frame was fully refunded the same day it was received. as per your prescription, one of our sales Rep explained to you they are non-refundable before you placed the order and you agreed to continue with your order. Even though lenses are non-refundable, as a courtesy we refunded the amount paid for your prescription. The refund took longer than expected because we had to override our system. It was never our intention to make you feel you wanted to receive an extra refund from us, but we made an exception for you and that took longer to process.

Unfortunately, due to the current situation Globally processing time is taking longer than usual (usually 2-3 business days/ Currently 7-15 Business days), but clearly in this case we have fallen short of this. Your order DE5233 was already received, we hope you are enjoying your Celine shades during these hot days.
I appreciate that after a poor experience, the overwhelmingly positive reviews for the business that are on here might appear out of sorts, but I can assure you that Trustpilot takes the authenticity of reviews very seriously. Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. Waste of time. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered some frames and I was aware of the delay due to Covid. I sent an email regarding my order and they said that there is a delay in shipping which was understandable. 14 days later Order is canceled.

Never received anything. After three weeks of waiting, I got an email stating my order is being canceled due to product unavailability. It took you three weeks to figure out you didn’t have a product in stock? Oh, and you never answered my multiple calls for inquiries. Never again. I did tell you that “NEGATIVE RATINGS WILL REFLECT”

Your ordering system is not reliable. I bought the glasses and then a few days later I got email saying it did not have enough stocks to fulfil my order. I got the refund, but I lose the exchange rate to my credit card company.
It is 2020, I don't know why your ordering system cannot keep track of the stock.

Very slow to ship order!
Order for 1 frame still not shipped after 12 days and multiple email inquiries. The phone number always goes to voicemail, they never answer. Not acceptable in this day and age, even during these Covid times. Time frame to ship out a simple order is unreasonably long, plus now they only offer ground shipping, causing further delays in receiving your order (at least 3-4 weeks, I’m 2 weeks in and still waiting for shipping confirmation).

I ordered sunglasses and after 2 weeks you emailed me to say you did not have them in stock. I checked the website after I received the email that the item was unfulfilled and it didn’t show that the sunglass was sold out. To this day it still being advertised.
