Lovely quality however one of the packs…

Lovely quality, did have an issue with something missing from the order but customer services have resolved this quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear the mittens were missing from your order and apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.

Good Service

You're always a bit reluctant about buying from a supplier you've never used before but I have to say I was very happy with the product, the service and the price for the little jellycat item that I bought from Designer Baby and I'd be happy to use them again.

I love shopping with you

I love shopping with you and the clothes you stock are amazing. My only moan is the time it takes for delivery. In this day and age most companies manage next day or2nd day delivery.

We offer three shipping methods on our website. Next working day, Saturday and 2-4 working days delivery. Depending on the option you select on checkout, this would determine the length of time to receive your order. The maximum length of time is 4 working days however, should you require an order for next day this option can be selected on checkout.
