DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a hoodie and coat on Boxing Day for my puppy still waiting for it on the 25th of feb.
Sent emails did get an answer back with some laughable excuse I have sent another email with no response.
All I can say is don’t waste your money.

I received my order and it is lovely!! Really happy with it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE Ordered a dog collar and lead before Christmas we are now two weeks into February and still no item was told give it a week 2 weeks ago taking people’s money then just ignoring them from what I can gather

I experienced a small delay when I emailed I received a quick response and was giver the tracking number which I tracked and the delay was down to the “courier” Evri NOT the seller 🐾
Mayb the postal strikes from the beginning caused the delays 🙌🏼🐾

Skeptical at first but it's legit. And the customer service are quick to reply and very helpful. Quality of jacket is perfect 👌

I just wanted to thank DESIGNS 4 DOGS for their level of quality of both customer service & products. The order process was super simple, all their measurements help avoid any returns or exchanges.
The qualify of every item we received are un matchable, honestly my puppy gets so many compliments.
There is a few similar companies out there but none of them have the vast amount of designs to choose from & level of production. We really are over the moon with designer 4 dogs & will be ordering again from them soon.

Great experience. Loads of items to choose from. Really helpful and friendly customer service. Couldn’t fault them, will definitely be buying from them again!

Have not received my order still waiting and when I chase it up they say they are looking into this but still heard nothing ordered my items 17th august and still haven’t received them.

If you love spoiling your dog 🐶🐶and value good quality service this definitely is the best online company to use by far.
I can not fault the quality of all the items I have ordered from them they are gorgeous and are exactly like the pictures online.
The website is really user friendly with various payment options to suit they give good item descriptions and sizing with plenty of choice.
The major plus is if you find you have any queries or questions there customer service is excellent they are so helpful and are quick to reply to you nothing seems to much trouble for them.
I highly recommend anyone to purchase from this company they are brilliant 🤩

Genuinely one of my favorite brands because of amazing products and even better costumer care. Designer4Dogs really are doing an amazing job in choosing the best designer products available. We ordered the Pawda bandana, two Pawda leashes and a Pawda harness and all of them fit like a glove and are very good quality. What i really focuss on in dog products are clasps from harnesses or bandanas/collars and those ones are very durable and strong. Loving every single one of them, my dog also feels very comfortable wearing them.
The team is lovely, thank you so much for your hardwork!!

Ordered a collar for £24 for my Labrador. Took ages to come. The collar has been used literally twice, not even on long walks and it’s about ready to fall to pieces. Would not feel safe putting this on my dog again, appalling and completely unsafe.

literally the best company i have ever used for dog clothes/accessories. Not only are the items utterly cute but they are amazing quality i feel as if i should be paying more for them they are that good! The customer service is exceptional even returning products due to my own fault with taking a tag off when so many other companies would of turned me away it is obvious they care about the customer. I will always recommend designer4dogs to everyone and i will always use them for my frenchies clothes and accessories.

This is so funny I’m going to keep pushing this forward untill I get a response that I want !!! This company is a scam like the promised me my delivery has been sent out I paid £60 for two items and iv been waiting since the start of December for my stuff this Business is crap there thief’s that takes your money send you wrong size cloths so u would have to send back !! Never received refund or the size that I wanted in the cloths and then lied and said my stuff had been shipped this was a month and a half apparently!!! And it says on the website 2/3weeks lol this Business is con artists that are buy more stock with our money !! They haven’t refunded us so now iv took this to HR and iv put this all over the internet I have over 1,000 comments and likes about This Business ‘designer4dogs’ showing people how crap they are at customer service and them getting back to you months later down the line after I’m writing things about there company saying we can give you a refund all now I’m still waiting DO NOT BUY from this Business they have upset a lot of customers and lost many :) they will be getting the biggest shock to there Business when HR gets involved iv provided prof and delivery dates receipt emails et to proved this Business needs to buck up before your Business goes down hill or it will be closing down speaking to HR they said they might have to bring in the fraud team to identify the website/Business and from there they will take it Further :) ready reviews before buying from website !!!

I was a customer that got very infuriated with this company due to the numerous days I would not hear from them however, they are very sincere and do go out of their way when they can. I know it is not an excuse and that a company should reply in good timing but from what I discovered is that due to the demand, they are unlikely to respond asap BUT they are doing the BEST they can do.

All companies will go through a rough patch and maybe this is their rough time but I believe that in a few months or so they will outshine many other companies. I say this from experience. They really do their best to rectify their mistakes and although I may have been a very angry customer once, they turned it all around and made me a happy customer.

Not once did they get angry back but they were always so apologetic.

I see the reviews below that were similar to how I felt but during the time of waiting for a response made me also see that patience is something a lot of people are lacking such as myself.

I want to say sorry to designer4dogs for being so rude when I was and want to commend you for your hard work.

Anyone that reads this, just give them a chance and do not let other negative reviews ruin your purchases. Just be patient. They may not answer on time but they are doing their job.

I will be repurchasing although I know that I will have to wait for the delivery and I will continue to spread the word of their good products and return to purchase when needed.

After all this, they have becoome my 'go to'

Do not use this company they have ignored my messages and requests for a return so I can be refunded and deleted my messages from the social media posts ordered something 4th December suddenly turned up 30th December after asking to cancel only a few days before…..scam company that doesn’t want refund for items that are too small and took nearly a month to send to me after requesting cancellation
