After finally signing up and paying for my website, they continually delayed the process, and the video support was ineffective. I struggled to understand them, missed appointments, and ultimately canceled my project on January 6, 2025. Since then, I’ve received no refund or communication, and not a single apology. Today, I want to warn others to steer clear of this company; all the positive reviews seem suspiciously written by employees, especially those clustered around February 12, 2025.
