Opened a free checking & savings acct over a month now. So far so good! Great folks & happy with the service. No complaints.

Honestly had not heard of Desert Financial Credit Union until my car buying experience. They have made my purchase seamless from start to finish. I was even offered assistance with finding the most cost effective insurance. Definitely a 5 Star business. I highly recommend considering them for your financial needs. A 10 out of 10 for me. Thank you!

During the dispute over unauthorized charges to my account, I was told that Visa was the company that made the decision to deny my funds being put back into my account later. I found out that this wasn’t true. Visa has nothing to do with it. Also, I was told that the perpetrators have my.ip address, after receiving confirmation of my email change they still sent responses and request for information to my old email address, which was unmonitored. They gave me five more days to respond. I’ve never saw the email on the 21st. They closed the investigation, a total of 11 days when they told me that it would take up to 90 days finally on review of my old email on 5 February. I noticed the emails that were in the account that I was not monitoring. I immediately called them requested to speak to somebody. The guy got on the phone and said that these people are really good several times enough to annoy me so I told him the only thing that these people are good at is deceiving you, and I could confidently state that because I know the truth. Any more of these days I don’t know what matters more the bitter truth, or the sweet lie. When it comes to my finances, I would like to know the truth in that day on the phone there was not one bit of truth expressed to me, and he gave me the phone numbers to the places that got my money and told me to call them and see if I can get my money back so I turned to open my own investigation and I found out way more information than what anyone should have to I’ve been feeding them Proof of the lie's. I had to send a letter in to reopen the account investigation and so far the only thing that I’ve heard from the Bank is that they allowed a charge to go through to make my overdraft protection kick in, and then I must cover the balance they allowed payment that was $3.48 more than what I had to go through from Microsoft something that I pay for with points and the fact that my Internet got turned off because I didn’t have the money in my account anymore to pay for the bill really makes it so that that payment was wasted because I didn’t even get to use it so this is just a good example of the banks overstepping and then not doing what they’re supposed to do, back up the customer not side with the perpetrator. The investigation is-still ongoing, it’s been 60 days and not a normal investigation, update, nothing. When the investigation is closed. I will return to update this with the outcome

I opened a HECL with DFCU and was told that I needed a savings account. What I was not told is that if I opened a checking account with direct deposit that I would get another 0.25% off the margin of my HECL loan if opened 30 days before funding. DFCU refused to apply this retroactively despite the fact that the agent did not tell me this.

This demonstrates both disingenuous actions and poor training on the part of DFCU management They get a poor two star rating from me accordingly.

I recently applied for auto refinancing with Desert Financial Credit Union and was unfortunately not approved. What surprised me is that Capital One approved my refinancing under similar circumstances.

I love the personalized service at get at Desert Financial.

We are new to the area and we first had a different credit union, but we were really happy with them. They just didn’t have the service we were used to from our previous home of 35 years. We switched to Desert Financial and couldn’t be HAPPIER!! I feel seen and it like the credit union I used to have for 35 years!! Danielle took care of us and she was wonderful to work with. I can't even get into my account through the app or the website even after visiting a branch and showing proof of identity and waiting. I feel like this was so much work just to open a new account.
