I ordered 2 items and my visa was…

I ordered 2 items and my visa was billed promptly. I received an order number, but no tracking number. When I try to track my order, says item not found. No support from the company so far.

Unfortunately they have replicated our site and taken our name. We are sorry you have been scammed by them but it is not us. We are an Australian based skincare company. We do not have any record of your order. We only have one C on the end of Dermatec, they have two.

this website looks like a scam. looks fishy with only 5 star reviews . if this review does not show up, which I wont be surprised . Clearly its a scam. they are always on sale as well. different location . Australia? Sweden? don't be scammed !

Highly recommend!

I purchased my Dermatec LED light one week ago and I couldn't recommend it more! I use it daily and it's super easy to use. Being hand held means I have the flexibility to use it beyond just my face - as I'm using it to treat a cesarean scar.

Incredible product

Incredible product! It comes with clear instructions and is extremely easy to use. Have already noticed a difference after two treatments. Very excited to feel confident in my skin again.

I love using the cleanser

I love using the cleanser, vitamin C and face oil. It's a perfect combination that keeps my skin clear and hydrated. I've noticed a change in the colour and brightness of my skin since using The Vitamin C Cream.

Amazing products with high quality ingredients

Amazing products with high quality ingredients at very reasonable prices compared to other brands. Most importantly, these products do what they say they will. There are fabulous resources online on how to use each one too. Shipping is always very prompt. Highly recommended!
