Never used any products until my daughter suggested this,first reaction EXPENSIVE but after a few days of using pre.cleanse,exfoliant,cleansing gel then the moisturiser I can not only feel but see a massive difference,small blackheads gone and whiteheads,def recommend all of these.

Excellent product, delivered very quickly.

I used the face mapping tool for my skin cream recommendations and my skin already feels so youthful. I’m pleased I went back to dermalogica as I always used it in my 20s and then changed to a different brand and my skin has since felt different now it’s back to how it did and this makes me very happy indeed.

Stay away! Customer service non existent & atrocious, belittle, disrespect, minimise problems having & customer care worse than something under your shoe yet want our money!!!

I received the Dermalogica Powerbright dark spot serum as a Christmas present due to its price. I have used this every day for 3 months and I am disappointed that I can see no improvement at all in my dark spots on my face. I don't know if certain skin types are better but as this is quite an expensive item I was hoping to notice some improvement.

Brilliant service and excellent products

The worst experience ever! Order was cancelled, they wrote me email telling I'm fraud, they gonna do my account as fraud person!!! No explanation, nothing. They just decided by themselves!!! No responding to emails! Never ever guys buy anything from them!

Underwent all training and opened a £1000 opening account. However due to covid and being closed, then returning part time, didn’t order for a while. Only to find when I tried my account had been closed due to lack of orders. Took 3 emails and two telephone calls to receive a reply. Only to be insulted and made to feel incompetent at my job. Which I have done for 24 years! Told needed to retrain and do a new opening account at a reduced rate. Beware if you have an account as no one will tell you your account has been closed. They will still send you information and emails. Yet you can’t purchase unless you start again! It is a money making scheme. Even spoke to Jane (the boss) and even she was not willing to re open my account unless I complied to these rules. So basically, if you order frequently you will be fine. But should you not order regularly you will be removed off the online order system. Shocking how you treat us Dermalogica. After years of training with you. I would 100% recommend everyone thinks twice at training with your company. I would not advise this and certainly will tell everyone how appalling you have treated myself.

Don’t purchase direct from this company using any offers. Declined my cashback when I could have shopped elsewhere and given some rubbish about me not meeting the requirements!!

Contacted them directly as requested and heard absolutely nothing !! Totally pointless.

It’s not been resolved at all. I raised a claim with the cashback company and they say you refused the claim for £18.29. The claim reference is 4697320

Ruined my skin.
Ive used Dermalogica for 15years+
Ive used Dermalogica’s Face Mapping numerous times.

This time Dermalogica, the Face Mapping analysis and tailored skin care products recommended were appalling.

Face mapping noted I have sensitive skin. In fact face mapping highlighted this as the most significant issue. Even included a ultra calming serum as part of the Dermalogica recommendation.

But the same face mapping recommended Skin Resurfacing cleanser , and daily superfoliant too (face scrub).

It had been years since I had used a non cream cleanser- but I trusted Dermalogica.
Just twice I used the skin resurfacing cleanser and the skin on my face ( this includes my eyelids and my lips) is trashed.
It’s literally stripped the top layer of skin, dried the skin out , it itches and is hot and irritated and if I touch it the top layer of my skin is like powder and flakes away.

There was literally no support for adverse reactions and notably no Dermalogica products in existence you can access to tackle adverse skin reactions.

I emailed, Ive even sent a recorded mail letter including the print out Face Mapping report and recommendations.

Not a word in reply.

It’s now been over a week, I’ve had to keep re-applying layers of moisturiser through the day and night because after a few hours the cracking and burning comes back full force.

I was scared, alarmed and ignored when I asked for help.

I also realised I’d paid Dermalogica for this to happen to me- after all I bought the Resurfacing cleanser Dermalogica recommended I use ( from a highly reputable major U.K. retailer).

When this happened to me I looked at the face mapping analysis and realised how bad Dermalogicas face mapping had been because not only had they advised I use this Skin resurfacing cleanser while they also acknowledged in that face mapping my biggest skin issue was sensitivity and sensitised skin but they also advised I use a daily face scrub too.

If I’d actually used that daily superfoliant face scrub after cleansing with the skin resurfacing cleanser I shudder to think how much worse than my face feeling as if it’s in fire, with cracking skin and if I touched it - the top layer of my skin seemed to I turn to a white dry dust at my fingers.

THAT plus an additional exfoliator could only have made it worse- and that’s scarey because I was up through the night for several nights in a row having to re apply moisturiser to try to soothe the damage just the skin resurfacing cleanser caused.

I trusted the brand, trusted the face mapping, trusted enough to buy the recommended products and wound up paying a LOT of money for the skin on my face to effectively get fried.

And after buying Dermalogica products- Dermalogica evidently weren’t bothered ( both via customer services U.K. email and by registered post that I used to reach out to them).

Almost as if the brand was willing to put effort into selling me their products and really not interested in the horrendous outcome I suffered from following Dermalogica‘a advice. Fancy that.

I opted to wait reading any reply from Dermalogica for a while. Shortly after leaving my review some traumatic life experiences happened( as can happen to anyone) and I made a conscious decision to steer clear of Dermalogica replies because you never know if it’s going to be spun to make you look bad/at fault.
Having once or twice email contacted Dermalogica over the last decade and a half it was evident there was a sea change in tactics in the last 2 years that included receiving communications from Dermalogica that were defensive, dismissive , rude and really adopting the best form of defence is attack towards you.

The fact you are a customer who has paid for and upheld your end of the contract in doing so entitles you to receive what you paid for and the business to receive money for providing it.

The tactic of creating a norm where by the response may potentially be one intended to make you feel you are facing off against a displeased Dermalogica is bullying. It is also why I had well founded reluctance in reading any Dermalogica reply. I simply could not risk at that time being picked on because I dared explain my experience.

And that coupled with the face mapping I will never trust again is sufficient enough for me. If the customer base you target is those who have yet to experience something that badly reacts or who already has queries responded to by someone who evidently hates having to liaise with people - you are not the Dermalogica I know, but in fact are a company basing its business on who you can push around/ belittle successfully and not on reliability of quality at all.

That I had to go to the lengths I did to elicit any response from Dermalogica ( at all) would be a red flag to a global company that wants a customer liaison that works

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH A PRO ACCOUNT.
THEY DO SOMETHING CALLED AUTO SHIP AND WILL SEND YOU PRODUCTS WITHOUT YOU KNOWING ABOUT IT, CLAIMING THEY SEND OUT EMAILS. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO OPT OUT OF THIS PROGRAM IN ORDER NOT TO RECEIVE IT. OUT OF NOWHERE MY ACCOUNT IS CHARGED $215.00. AFTER MUCH DISPUTE, I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE REFUNDED. NEVER HAPPENED. SO I HAD TO GO THROUGH MY BANK FOR A REFUND.

Ordered directly from the company instead of an online 3rd party like I normally do, only to receive half my order and no explanation why or even an invoice. Have rung them but no answer. Have contacted them via email, their website and even social media. No replies. I contacted their US department in hopes of getting an answer from someone and although they responded they said they cannot help due to the order being placed on the Irish website. Quite ridiculous considering the price and reputation of this company.
