Good products, though pricey. However, the company seems firmly committed to taking dumb decisions and discontinuing their best products, such as the Multivitamin Power serum. A while ago they have a fabulous treatment foundation, and of course, they discontinued it and replaced it with something thin and watery with a dark tint.

Carla is the BEST therapist. Make sure to visit her in Westfield Shepards Bush. I had never had a facial before and she really has the best energy a therapist would need to make their client feel comfortable. I have since been going to her and she’s really put her all in to help me with my skin.

Not a great experience. I bought some products recommended to me at a store and I had a horrible reaction to them, I had a feeling they’d be too strong but the specialist recommended retinol clearing oil. I’m now stuck with £80 worth of product I can’t use or take back because I have no receipt and I’ve used it. And my skin is just starting to heal, have had to buy all sorts of simple dermatologist recommended creams.

I received a sample and suffered burning redness swelling and dryness. My skin literally fell off. Don’t touch with a barge pole

I urge anyone considering purchasing Dermalogica products to be extremely prudent. These products are over priced, over rated and under tested, I suffered an unpleasant allergic reaction. When I alerted them to my problem, I was met with a nasty attitude, ridiculous excuses and suggestions which would result in further expense. The total lack of customer care is second to none their reaction to complaints is just to ignore!!!

I always choose this product; I usually purchase it from my beautician. The Dermalogica web prices were competitive so I purchased on line this time. I enjoyed receiving the trial samples in my package.

It took longer than other on line purchases to arrive due to it being couriered by The Post Office. I recommend they switch to a speedier courier.

I ordered my daughter a clean start kit 4 weeks ago (roughly) still not received it.
I have contacted customer services twice now, both ladies were very helpful and raised a new order.
If the second order doesn't arrive, I will cancel and try a different source.
Could I request a form of compensation?
