Ordered leather bag. Shipping taking forever. Was not sent from New Jersey as site insinuated from the address on website. Sent from India. Still haven't gotten it. Will update if it arrives. Reread site info...very sketchy for refunds and returns.

I don't even know where to begin. Ordered two bags, they were much larger than what I expected, nice leather and workmanship, but I wanted to return them as they were not what I needed. Followed a three week email "correspondence" with someone named "Matthew" in India (emails sent me at midnight...). I got the go-around about the measurements and won't go into the details but this back and forth went on for weeks. Their website clearly states that you can return bags. Not so much. Only order if you are 100% sure you'll want to keep what you order. There is NO return policy. They asked me to unpack them from the original packaging rather than returning them unopened, and that included removing the machine compressed "wrapping". Once opened as per their request they said and I quote: "Kindly pack the package exactly as it was delivered to you, using compressed packing", which is of course impossible and they know it. I knew if I returned them (having to pay $40/bag return shipping) that they would never accept them. Then they offered me a 30-40% refund if I kept them, and later it became 20%, ended up giving me 30% to keep them which I accepted (and did in fact receive) knowing they would never pay me anything once they were returned. It became almost a joke. I have never, ever, dealt with such a shady company like this one and wish I had read reviews and complaints a little closer. You an find just as good bags elsewhere with a legit and actual return policy. Like I said, nothing wrong with the bags, beautiful leather, good workmanship, but do not expect to be able to return them.
