I just want to thank Mrs. Basak for the support and trust she gave me. I highly recommend Başak Mermercioğlu. She will always be there for you with anything you need. I also thank the Dentordu clinic in Izmir for the entire process.

I recommend this clinic with all my heart. I had a complete renovation of my jaws done there. Exactly the removal of the remaining teeth, 12 implants and 24 zirconium teeth. I am incredibly pleased, they made my teeth exactly the same shape as I wanted, from start to finish full professionalism and zero hidden costs and most importantly nothing hurt. I will recommend them every time.

I previously went to another clinic in Izmir, for extractions and implants and it was a terrible experience. Under no circumstances was I going to go back there after the 6 month healing process. Needless to say, I was nervous choosing another clinic to complete my teeth! I did a lot of research and finally settled on DentOrdu and I’m so glad I did.

If you’re nervous about the whole experience ahead of you, confused by the many different clinics and what they say they offer, have a fear of dentists in general, or feel ashamed by the state your teeth might be in, then please, choose these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

I was there for 7 days having my teeth fitted and the whole experience was amazing. I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort, every step was explained to me daily, the communication both at the clinic and in the evenings, concerning the next days appointments was so thorough.

I had a lot of nerves about going, after such an off putting experience the first time with Dent Glow, I nearly changed my mind the night before but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.

I arrived back in the Uk yesterday and I’m over the moon with my new smile. I have my confidence back, can eat, talk and have made some friends for life too.

Thank you so much DentOrdu you were amazing in every way. Special thanks to Ozlem, you gave me the confidence to come back to Turkey and delivered on everything you promised. Kalin, clinic coordinator, you were a joy to see every day and your attitude and personality is amazing. You made everyone feel like an individual and cared for. The driver who took me back and forwards every day, the lady who continuously asked if we wanted tea or coffee, every person there played a part in making the whole trip worthwhile.

From the beginning to end of the process everyone was very accommodating and kind. Most especially Serpa. She made all the process easier and less nerve racking. Very professional and explain everything thoroughly. Having Eray in England also made the difference as we have local contact. Although the dentist and everyone in their team were absolutely fantastic, the accommodation wasn’t quite up to scratch and the staff at the hotel wasn’t very helpful with issues that we brought up regarding our room.

Me and my Husband had treatments done. We were looked after by Kalin one of the clinic coordinator, by Basak the sales coordinator, wonderful ladies and we truly believe that this ladies are the ones that keep patience to return and to recommend this clinic.
My dentist Irem, spoke some English which helped during procedure, she was extremely professional at all times and her attention to detail was reassuring. Thank you ladies, make sure you ask for a pay rise you so deserve it.

From start to finish the communication has been flawless ,even out of business hours these guys are always making sure you are at the best you can be !! These guys are elite in the dental game and as I was going for 28 zirconium crowns fitting I was a-bit hesitant.
Never the less it was completely painless for my self and I was in the best hands possible especially under Seraps Supervision she kept me informed all of the way , made sure I was comforted and made sure I was aware of every little step through out the process ! This woman is amazing and she is a professional at what she does 10/10 from me , thank you for everything you are a diamond great job DentOrdu an experience never forgotten 👍🏼

Für mich eindeutig eine Empfehlung wert. Alles war top ,von der Konsultation bis zur endgültigen abschließenden Arbeit .
Vor allem möchte ich auch Frau Uysal Hamiyet als Patienten Koordinator (deutschsprachige) loben da sie sich wirklich um mich gekümmert hatcals ob ich ihr Familien Mitglied wäre . Überhaupt ist die DentOrdu Klinik für mich in der Zeit der Behandlung wie eine Familie geworden. Also ich habe jetzt tolle Zähne und auch gute Freunde bekommen.
Ich war zwei mal Izmir und beide Male hatte ich tolle gratis Unterkunft und ein tolles Chauffeur Service in einer Luxus Limousine. Ich wurde stehst fachkundig über alle Behandlungen in voraus informier und auch mit hineingezogen um auch meine Wünsche und Ansichten zu äußern.
Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist nicht zu topen )
Ich werde sicher allen die ich kenne diese Klinik und auch Frau Uysal sowie das ganze Personal weiter empfehlen.

Great all around service . Serap my coordinator was brilliant and handled everything for me with a lovely warm welcome on every visit. I personally had little to no pain or discomfort. Can't wait to come back to get my permanent teeth after the gums have healed . Thanks serap for everything.
