It's disappointing to hear about the difficulties you faced with our online contact methods and the lack of response when searching for our phone number.

We have thoroughly investigated this matter, and unfortunately, we do not have any record of your enquiry being submitted through our online channels, which is not surprising given the issues you experienced whilst attempting to submit your enquiry. We are pleased to inform you that our UK Patient Coordinator has now made initial contact with you directly via our WhatsApp Business number, the only telephone contact available to the public.

We understand that this initial experience has not been ideal, and we are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Please rest assured that we are here to assist you every step of the way.
