Better in the Past
As always, your staff were friendly and your appointment confirmations and reminders were helpful tools. I was assisted by a temporary hygienist that was unfamiliar with your office and struggled to get set up for the appointment. She was very apologetic. I felt that a better orientation for your augmenting staff could be beneficial. I also felt that the polishing was rushed and incomplete - perhaps due to the delays in getting started. I will be returning as a customer, but wanted to offer that as feedback.

The front desk staff were also very professional, and the assistants were attentive and careful, performing the procedures without causing any discomfort.
