Dişlerimi ve implantlarımı yaptırdım. Hem klinikten hemde perdınelden memnun kaldım.

Bu diş kliniğinde yaptırmış olduğum 3 implant dişimden çok memnun kaldım. 2 Sene geçmesine
rağmen hiç bir problem yaşamadım kendilerinden aldığım güzel hizmet ve bana gösterdikleri ilgiden dolayı teşekkür ederim.

First of all, I would like to thank you very much for the warm and friendly welcome I received. During my holiday trip to Turkey, I had a teeth whitening treatment and a dental cleaning. The whole process was completed within one to two hours. The team was extremely friendly, and the work was done beautifully, carefully, and with great attention to cleanliness and hygiene. A lot of importance is placed on precision and thoroughness. Thank you very much for that. I will definitely visit again and tell all my friends and family about you.

Obsługa klienta i sprzęt używany w klinice był ok. Wykonanie górnej szczęki i zabieg na zatoki bez uwag. Natomiast z dolną szczęką protetyk sobie nie poradził. Były dokręcane implanty, które już były stałe po pół roku od montażu, proteza dolna była zrobiona nowym skanerem, ale nie pasowała do górnej o do dziąseł. Protetyk ją usiłował dopasować podpiłowaniem co nic nie dało a końcowe zęby uniosły się i powodowały gryzienie w policzki przy jedzeniu i mowieniu. Na dodatek środkowy implant przebijał przez protezę i wyglądało jakby ząb był spróchniały. Po około miesiącu od założenia proteza pękła. Na zdjęciu widać miejsce po wkładzie do implanta - czemu był on na pół zęba tego nie wiem oraz na drugim zdjęciu widać pęknięcie protezy. Naprawę protezy wykonano podczas dodatkowej wizyty w Turcji w innej klinice i teraz zęby są idealne, jak własne. W Dentalida wykonanie i zamocowanie protezy wg mnie było nie poprawne i szczególnie ten etap należy poprawić aby klientów z zagranicy nie narażać na dodatkowe koszty i stres. Należy również brać odpowiedzialność za błędy, tym bardziej że dostaje się rachunki i wystawiane są certyfikaty jakości.

Dla wszystkich pacjentów z Polski / ostrzegam przed tą kliniką - niestety nie sa dentyści gotowi na poważne zabiegi - muszą się jeszcze dużo nauczyć!!! Ja miałam montowanie protez w sierpniu a w grudniu już połamała się na pół dolna !! Brak kompletnie wiedzy - musiałam udać się i ponownie zapłacić gdzie indziej i wiedzy zobaczyłam że tam nie powinnam iść tak więc ostrzegam !!!

Absolutely appalling experience with this clinic. They left cross-threaded one of the implant screws and said nothing rather than rectifying their mistake. This lad to the teeth becoming loose and putting a strain on the other three implants. Over time they got looser and looser and the pain got worse and worse. Thankfully my treatment plan was through a third party Health Tourism company therefore they rectified the clinics mistake. If it wasn’t for the support and professionalism of Xirtiz Luxury Health Tourism things would have been a lot worse. Thankfully they don’t use Dentalida Dental Clinic anymore and I truly hope that this clinic won’t harm their reputation.
I would avoid Dentalida at all costs!

I deeply regret choosing this clinic - Dentalida. It has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made regarding my health.

I trusted them with my smile and my oral health, but instead I was left with ongoing problems that have affected every aspect of my daily life. After my treatment, I experienced serious issue with my implantband crowns specially in uper jaw. Instead of improving my quality of life, the treatment caused constant discomfort, difficulty when eating and living normally. I have spent months dealing with pain, stress, and uncertainty. I have had to visit other dentists for consultations because I no longer had confidence in the work that was done. I was told that significant corrective treatment would be required, meaning even more expenses, more appointments, and more emotional distress. This experience has affected my confidence, my well-being, and my everyday life. No one travels abroad and spends thousands expecting to come home with even bigger problems than before.

I feel completely disappointed by the quality of the treatment and the lack of a satisfactory solution afterward. I would never choose this clinic again, and based on my own experience, I cannot recommend it to anyone considering major dental treatment.

If you are thinking about trusting this clinic with your health, I strongly encourage you to do extensive research and seek independent opinions before making a decision. I only wish I had done the same!

From the moment I entered the clinic, I was deeply disturbed by the lack of professionalism and the poor standards of care that I observed. Throughout my treatment, I became increasingly ALARMED by the apparent lack of hygiene, organization, and competence displayed within the clinic. Instead of feeling safe in the hands of qualified professionals, I felt vulnerable and terrified. The treating dentist's hands visibly shook while performing delicate dental procedures. Watching this happen while I was undergoing treatment caused me EXTREME fear and emotional distress. At no point did I feel reassured that I was receiving treatment from an experienced professional. Instead, I was left with the overwhelming feeling that I was being treated as though I were a practice patient rather than a paying patient who had entrusted the clinic with my health.

The consequences of this treatment have been devastating. Since leaving the clinic, I have experienced continuous complications that have severely affected every aspect of my daily life. Several implants have allegedly failed, my speech and pronunciation have changed dramatically, making it difficult to communicate with confidence, and every crown has become loose or detached. My natural teeth have begun to move, eating has become painful and stressful, and I live with the constant fear and humiliation that another crown could fall out at any moment.

The emotional impact has been overwhelming. I have suffered anxiety, embarrassment, loss of confidence, and ongoing psychological distress because of the condition in which I was left after treatment. I am now facing extensive reconstructive treatment involving further surgeries, prolonged recovery, significant financial expense, physical pain, and continuing emotional suffering—all of which I believe could and should have been avoided had I received competent and appropriate treatment in the first place.

I believe Dentalida completely failed in its duty of care toward me. Instead of improving my health and quality of life as promised, I have been left with ongoing pain, fear, emotional trauma, financial loss, and permanent uncertainty about my dental health. The treatment I received has had a devastating impact on my life, and I intend to pursue all available legal remedies to hold Dentalida accountable for the HARM and SUFFERING I HAD and I still HAVE!

Really happy with this clinic. All my work was amazing and the staff from my nurse to my dentist were professional, kind and knowledgeable. I have absolutely no regrets going to Turkey, it was so much cheaper than having my work done in the UK without compromising on standards or technology and the final results have been outstanding. I love my smile now which is something I’ve never been able to say before. Thank you so much Dentalida, you have been a godsend 🥰

Bad experience in this clinic. Got 9 tooths crowns. I feel that one of the guys did practice on me because he was cutting gums without anaesthetic what was horrible painful. 3 tooths crown is moving (after 4 days) that's meant not strong enough glued. Other 3 tooths crowns is made very bad shape and have big gap under where is always keeps food. My partner was made all lower tooths crowns and now he can't clearly talk and proper eat.

I went to Dentalida to get 20 crowns.
The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
I started my treatment on Tuesday and had my final teeth fitted on Friday. At First when they put them in I was happy with how they looked but they were not as they pointed out a tiny gap which they said would have to go back to the lab and be corrected.
All in all I had a fantastic week, chauffer service back and forth from the hotel and clinic.
Thank you Dentalida - I never smiled showing my teeth and now I can't stop smiling with them.

Visiting Dentallida Clinic was the best thing I ever did for myself. I had read a lot of negative reviews from people who had traveled to Turkey and had been very disappointed with the treatments they received. Dentallida Clinic was completely different. The warm Welcome right from the staff from day one was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful and supportive. From the pleasant young lady at reception, to the wonderful smiling genuine, caring, and professional Dental nurses, Techs, Doctors, and aide my experience was absolutely without equal. I was booked in the best hotels by the seaside and I was also privileged to be driven by the wonderful Chauffeur for the duration of my treatment, to and from Antalya Airport, hotel and the clinic. Dentallida has the best and modern equipments and facilities in Turkey. They are very good at providing the best dental services. Try, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent expérience, Franchement j'étais surpris par l'investissement de tous le personnel ( Dr, infermière ...etc). Sans oublié le personnel de XIRTIZ qui m'a accompagné pendant le séjour. Je recommande de tenter l'expérience vous n'allez pas le regretter.
