Absolutely fantastic dentist. They are always so kind, patient, and reassuring with me, and they are amazing with my children too. The whole team makes every visit feel calm and stress-free. I couldn’t ask for better care and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Myself and my family are with this dentist and I am so glad we made the move over. All of the staff are super friendly. Jenny the manager is always there to greet you with a smile and a friendly face. The receptionists danielle and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other girls names are amazing in finding you and appointment fast and ensure you aren’t waiting a long time.
I would highly recommend joining this practice. They offer private and nhs dental services.

My experience with this dentist has be awful and traumatic . The first visit was ok no issues , but when attending my appointment for the work to be done . I had four filling in one go , which was the worst idear possiable after 40 mins struggling to keep my mouth open , due to fatigue then dentist just carried on , by then end I was in a emotional state , fleet like I had just been tortured and left visible upset and not in a good place . A few months later I get a reminder email . I replied to this email stating I wouldn’t not be attending due to the last appointment . There was no acknowledgement to my email . Then the date of the appointment arrived . I didn’t attend , so was thinking I would get a call from the dentist . No call just an automated email about my experience at the appointment I didn’t attend . I feel that they don’t act knowledge you as a patient unless ur giving money over . I would never us this dentist again and has cause more trauma and will never us a dentist again

From booking the appointment to finishing the treatment, everything was handled perfectly. The staff is warm and welcoming, the dentist is comprehensive, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

I informed the practice I no longer wished to be a patient in September. I got a Denplan leaving form and subsequently cancelled my direct debit payments. It's now November and they've put me on their new Tabeo payment system despite all of this.
Look, I AM NOT A PATIENT of this practice, I don't want to be signed up to Tabeo (without my consent, I never signed anything to say I agreed to it) and Dental Aura/Tabeo now owes me £30.32. It's so, so dishonest.
Please refund my money, correctly update your records and remove me from your system.

Very friendly and professional from the time I walked in to the surgery to the time I left.
I am probably the worst patient as I am frightened of dentists. However, I felt at ease and confident in their hands.

In April 2024 my bridge fell out after approximately 15years went to this dentist to get new one done, the dentist suggested a 1 wing bridge so on her advice i did. She got the tooth made and stuck it in, but she stuck it in wonky so I said i wasn't happy with it and had to go back to get taken out and new one made again.
Three weeks later went back to get the new one put in, she stuck it in but the tooth they had made was slightly too small for the gap so you could see it was floating looked terrible. So again wasn't happy she said to come back in a couple of weeks and she could possibly take it out and do a new one.
Two weeks later I went back and she said I can take it out once more and do a new one if that's no good we will give half the money back and you can go somewhere else and get it done or I can put some filler in the gap and see how it goes. As the tooth that had the wing attached had slight movement in it due to the cutting off the last tooth I decided to have it filled wasn't fantastic but it was looked ok.
Yesterday I was eating a sandwich and the tooth fell out, went to the dentist and they said they could do it but the dentist that done it had left so I had to register with a new one cost £85 then the gluing in of the tooth would be £100 now considering the tooth cost nearly £1700 and it lasted 14 months i would expect it to be done free of charge. Can't afford to get it done so now im stuck with a front tooth missing.
I had 2 bridges done when I was 15 one has been in for 35 years cost me £250, the other which fell out had been in just over 15 years cost me £400, this one has been in 14 months cost nearly £1700. Bad dentist no client care AVOID AVOID AVOID

Everyone there is so friendly yet professional (a hard combo to pull off). It’s a lovely environment, especially for those of us who can be a bit nervous. I completely trust that I’m in good hands. My main reason for rating them so highly is how they’ve been with my now 4 year old on his visits. They’ve made every effort to make him comfortable, shown great patience, and at our most recent appointment he finally opened his mouth. By the end, he was totally at home!

Care and attention was excellent and my dentist put me at ease as I was having an extraction so I was quite nervous. The staff are friendly and efficient.

I am a very nervous patent and the dentist and hygienist have been very good and are winning so now coming for regular appointments would recommend this practice
