I really enjoy the products as they are very well designed, but the shipping is horrible, enough so that I'm debating if I want to continue ordering De Novo supplements. Each order I've placed has taken over a week to receive and one order was even delivered to the wrong address, taking over 2 weeks. The easy explanation is "The shipping portion of it is not our fault, we have no control over that", but De Novo has ultimate responsibility over the distribution and delivery of their products.

De Novo Nutrition is my favorite supplement company. Utopia, Ignite, Zen, and Suppress are in constant rotation. Utopia is great for long hours writing client programs--the level of focus is outstanding. Ignite is by far my favorite pre-workout. It gives me energy for those 3 hour-long workouts. Zen has been a game-changer for my sleep! Suppress is a supplement I use when I'm cutting down to my weight class for a meet as I am less hungry. Overall, I highly recommend you give their products a try. Plus, you can feel safe that you know what is in these products! No proprietary formulas or worry about banned substances.

I have been taking zen for a week. Unfortunately I have not seen a difference in my sleep. I wake up after 4/5 hours and then never get a deep sleep.

I am happy with the product, the delivery was frustrating. It got delayed multiple times. Having it switch between shipping companies made it frustrating(DHL -> USPS)

Opinion of products Zen and Utopia.
I ordered a bottle of Zen as well as just a sample of Utopia. After my first night using Zen, I have noticed that I am a bit more rested than I usually would be on very early morning. Despite this, I felt that the sleep seemed more artificial and instead of feeling rested, I simply woke up feeling not as tired as I normally would. I will continue to use this product before early mornings. Utopia was a fantastic product in enhancing my ability to focus and my cognitive ability.
