Denovali provided me with helpful customer service, as well as a satisfactory product. I was skeptical as my order took a month to arrive, however I believe that fault was on my local postage system.
My album was in perfect condition, and I would definitely buy from Denovali again :)

One of the best labels out there; I've been following them since they started releasing TKDJE, thus discovering more musical treasures than I can count.

Pressing quality for vinyl is among the best out there, and customer service is second to none. Their releases are well curated, and if you have the time I highly recommend digging into their back catalogue. Make sure you have you credit card ready :)

Serious indipendent record label/seller.
I’ve been ordering vinyls for years and I have never any issue: sometimes shipping can be longer than expected but Denovali staff with his excellent support constantly gives help and updated infos.
Vinyls are very often ‘limited edition’ and most of them comes with a download code for tracks in mp3 version.
Highly recommended!

Recently I made an order through Denovali.
The order was shipped by Denovali on the next day of the order placement, but arrived a little late (~4 weeks) due to the postal services here in Greece (our postal services are almost non existent).
The whole delay thing was not their fault at all but still tried their best to figure out what's going on, eagerly, replying the same day on my emails.

Will order from them again soon.

Denovali is a purveyor of fine tunes as well as an independent label. They kindly discounted some items after original purchases were vaporized in bushfires that consumed our lifeworld. Communications have always been clear and helpful. They have a presence on Bandcamp where listeners can get a taste of the vast offerings.
