Unfortunately, without an email address, full name, or vehicle registration number, I’m unable to identify who or which vehicle purchase this refers to. I can also confirm that I am not in receipt of any email dated 14.04.25 or correspondence of this nature regarding a GAP insurance concern.

We have not received any direct communication from the FCA, and we have a duty to respond to them should such correspondence be received. Please note, we do not deal with third parties in these matters and can only liaise directly with the customer or the FCA.

If you are the policyholder, please contact me at stephkeenan@dennishorton.co.uk with your details so I can review the matter personally.

We take all complaints seriously, and I would request that any initial complaint or correspondence is also forwarded to this email address.

Please be advised I am also not aware of any correspondece from any third party regarding an issue you have got as we do not have your details, as previously mentioned. We also have no correspondence from you referring to who you have instructed and providing any authoirsation to work with them on your behalf.

I would one again ask you to provide me the information we have requested and then i would be happy to look into the concerns you have, regretably without this information i am unable to locate any informaiton.
