Delveno Arvostelua 

Ordered a set of 2 Acacia Wood Floating Bedside Shelves from Delveno for £120. What arrived was a single bamboo shelf that looked nothing like the product advertised.

The website gave the impression it was a UK-based company, but when I requested a refund I was told to return the item to China at my own expense. Delveno has repeatedly offered store credit and partial refunds (15%, then 30%) instead of providing the full refund I requested for goods that were not as described.

I have photographs of the advertised product, the item received, and all correspondence. I am now pursuing a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider.

I would avoid dealing with this company. I ordered a beige handbag that took 4 weeks to deliver. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. I commenced the return process. They don’t publish their returns policy on their website so you have email them. THey initially offered me a 15% discount on the item, without revealing their returns address. No thanks. Then keep the back and. 15% credit on buying something else. No thanks, just a full refund please. Then please send us a photo before we consider your request. Then a long email detailing how complex and expensive shipping back to China is and that I am fully responsible and I should insure the bag at my cost. Essentially, the return process doesn’t exist, isn’t in Europe or the UK and isn’t worth your while.

Not reliable. Do not expect a refund if they send a wrong package

Was sent the wrong item, and unable to be supplied with the correct item as it is out of stock. Refusing to cover return shipping fees and won’t refund me without returning the item. I have no issues returning the item but I refuse to pay to return the item to china due to their mistake. Under UK consumer law act 2015, if an item is not as described or
incorrect, the retailer is entirely responsible for the cost of getting it
back or providing a prepaid solution. The buyer cannot legally be responsible for
return fees or shipping costs. It also takes them 24hrs to reply to each email I send. I don’t want the item I received, I want my money back and the return fees covered.

Another. Com useless company. They sent wrong item now won't respond to emails. No phone number. My item came from Belgium not UK.
I would think very carefully using these companies. They sent wrong item completely but now there's silence from them. No resolution imminent

Looks expensive enough that my friends assumed I bought it at a high-end boutique downtown.

Arrived two days ahead of schedule. Tracking map didn't update until it was literally sitting on my porch, but no complaints.

My mother-in-law actually approved of it, which was fantastic, but then she asked why the rest of my furniture doesn't look this nice.

It’s so well-made that my partner immediately commandeered it for their own desk, so now I have to buy a second one.

Packaging had zero chemical smells or weird warehouse dust, which is a rare miracle for online home stuff these days.

Felt a bit overpriced while clicking checkout, but seeing how much neater my WFH desk looks now… yeah, worth it.

Delivery took six days instead of four because the local courier misrouted it, but support answered my message in like twenty minutes.

Ten out of ten for functionality, though I did cut my thumb on the stubborn plastic tape while trying to unbox it

Corner of the cardboard shipping box looked like it fought a bear, but the actual item was cocooned in so much bubble wrap it didn't have a single scratch.

Solving a messy counter crisis without making the kitchen look like a plastic storage warehouse felt like a major adult win.

Please do not buy from this company. I bought a leather jacket, a blouse and a pair of shoes. All the items were of very poor quality. I returned the goods to an address supplied by them in Brussels and tracked the delivery by royal mail and they refused to accept the goods. I am now out of pocket to the tune of £150 for the goods, and postage. Please do not buy from this company.

They sent me a dress that didn’t look anything like the picture and wasn’t even made of the same fabric. I tried to send it back but they gave me the wrong address and now not replying to any of my emails. They are dodgy and not to be trusted with their very bad products.

I placed an order believing I was buying from a London-based company, as they prominently advertise a London office on their website. However, after ordering, I discovered the items were actually being shipped from China.

The problems didn’t stop there. My order arrived late, meaning it was no longer needed for the occasion I purchased it for, and the quality of the clothing was nowhere near what was shown in the photos. The material was completely different from what was advertised.

I exercised my right to return the items within the 14-day period and requested a refund. Instead of processing the return properly, the company repeatedly offered me 20% cashback per item if I kept the goods. I never accepted these offers. Eventually, they provided me with return instructions to send the items to their depot in Belgium.

I paid approximately £20 out of my own pocket to return the goods. The parcel then remained in customs for around three weeks, which was entirely outside of my control. I provided the company with evidence showing the package was still being processed by customs. A week later, I checked the tracking again and discovered the parcel had not been accepted and was being returned to sender.

As a result, I have lost around £100 in total — approximately £80 for the goods and another £20 in return postage. The products themselves looked cheaply made and were certainly not worth what I paid.

The whole experience feels extremely misleading. The company advertises a London presence, ships products from China, and then requires returns to be sent to Belgium. Nothing about this process sits right with me. To make matters worse, customer service appears to be largely automated, making it incredibly difficult to get assistance from an actual person.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice and shop elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a pair of 'leather' orthopaedic shoes. They were plastic, not leather. They were also very tight and uncomfortable so clearly not orthopaedic. I tried to get a refund but they wanted the item sent to China at my expense. I pushed them to provide a UK address, but they provided one in the Netherlands - too expensive. Then they ghosted me.

Company does not respond to emails. I bought 2 dresses, 1 was nice but too big the other dress did not match the description on the website. Tried to get a refund however no response to emails after multiple attempts. In addition they do not honour lead times so the dresses arrived very late.
