Ce site est une arnaque.
J'ai acheté un masque led après être tombée sur un site de classement de produit de beauté. Je me suis aperçue que ce site de classement est lui même frauduleux!
Leur numéro de téléphone service client n'est pas attribué.
Aucun retour de mes mails adressés. Aucun numéro de suivi colis généré. Alerte rouge à la FRAUDE. Je me suis faite délestée de 230 euros.
Ce n'est pas une étoile qu'il faut, c'est 5 drapeaux rouges !
Je vais maintenant trouver un moyen de déposer plainte.

J’ai passé une commande chez DeluxeSkin le 02/01 pour un montant de 229,95 €.
Les délais de livraison annoncés sur le site ont été largement dépassés. À ce jour, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun colis, aucune information de suivi fiable, ni la moindre visibilité sur l’acheminement de la commande.
Le service client a reconnu le retard et m’a confirmé par écrit qu’un remboursement intégral serait effectué. Pourtant, malgré plusieurs relances, je n’ai reçu ni confirmation de remboursement, ni remboursement, et mes derniers messages sont restés sans réponse.
Entre l’absence totale de livraison, le manque de transparence et le silence du service client après paiement, je déconseille fortement ce site

commandé un masque led visage sur deluxeskin.uk. De facto, vu que le site est basé en UK, je pensais l'appareil certifié et homologué normes CE.
J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de constater qu'il n'y avait pas de facture, seulement un suivi de livraison en ligne. La livraison a été faite au bout de quasi un mois, et partant de Chine et après plusieurs réclamations. Appareil arrivé, pas de facture, pas de certificat, pas de garantie, pas d'homologation. Juste un "mode d'emploi". Peut-être une contrefaçon d'autre marque ?
En clair, je ne risque pas ma santé à essayer ça. Bien entendu, pas de réponse depuis que j'ai demandé la certification normes CE. Pas de possibilité de retourner l'appareil. Et bien entendu, pas de possibilité de se faire rembourser.
Je me suis fait avoir et par contre, je me méfierai désormais de tous les sites de vente qui utilisent shopify, qui ne vérifie pas ce que le marchand vend.

Délai de livraison non respecté, article en cadeaux manquant, masque LED déplorable manque de tenue et de fiabilité ils peuvent affiché des prix attractif cela ne vaut rien, numéro de téléphone réclamation inexistant, retour

commande le 15 12 2025 du masque, enfin reçu le 17.1.2026. Delai beaucoup trop long .
Aucune explication en français .

Arnaque, commander depuis 1 mois et demi , fake complet, message de transit en cours mais c'est faux , le colis n'arrivera jamais.

J ai commandé un masque et depuis fin décembre aucune nouvelle. Le colis est en transit depuis le 23 décembre. Et aucune réponse a mes messages

Commande d'un masque led avec une offre très intéressante.
Paiement effectué, expédition faite, puis commande restée en transit je ne sais où et date de livraison dépassée.
Malgré mes multiples mails pour avoir une explication, on ne m'a répondu qu'une fois en me disant que ma commande était en transit, autant dire que ça je le savais déjà.
Je viens de faire une demande de remboursement, mais je n'y crois pas du tout.

Le produit ne fonctionne pas, je l’ai utilisé pendant 3 mois et aucune différence. Passé 3 mois il est tombé en panne, je n’ai jamais été remboursé par le sav qui fait le mort. Aucune réponse
Fuyez ce site, c’est une belle arnaque

J’ai commandé un épilateur sur le site DeluxeSkin en décembre.
L’appareil est tombé en panne après quelques mois d’utilisation (mai).
Le service client m’a envoyé un produit de remplacement, mais celui-ci était défectueux dès la première utilisation.
Depuis, j’ai demandé un remboursement à plusieurs reprises, mais l’entreprise ne répond plus à mes mails.
À ce jour (août), je n’ai ni produit fonctionnel ni remboursement.
Je déconseille vivement ce site en raison du manque de fiabilité des produits et de l’absence totale de service après-vente.

Item took over a month to receive. They lied about the return policy. Product didn't work. Wouldn't made it impossible to return the item. Terrible company!

They make the return and refund process purposefully difficult.
This device absolutely ruined my skin. It caused inflammation around the areas I used it which got darker and left me with hyperpigmentation. My skin looks diseased! I asked for a refund a week and they told me to keep using it to see the benefits. 93 days later I ask for that refund again and they say they can’t because it’s outside the policy.
I’m sorry but I’ve been busy in and out of dermatology appointments to deal with the skin damage they caused. Not only did they not allow me refund when I asked on time but then they penalise me for not pushing them further for it within the 90 days? Ridiculous. Spend your hard earned money on a company with better customer service- you’ll regret it otherwise!

Burns. Fire Danger. Power cord failure. Where to begin?? I have had the deluxeskin epiluxe for barely more than 4 months and have only used it maybe 12-15 times. I reached out to Support at deluxeskin.co to let them know the power cord quit working a couple weeks ago, the device won't stay powered on for more than a second or two, and I need to get a replacement cord. (Although the site states customer service is available 8 AM - 6 PM EST Monday through Friday and 12 PM - 3 PM EST on Saturday, I received a reply at 2:54 AM MDT on a Wednesday. Hmmmm.) I was told that, because I purchased my device more than 3 months ago, it's no longer under warranty. I responded to let them know that their website advertises a 120-day 100% money back guarantee, if not satisfied for "any reason". I also let Support know that I suffered a burn on the inside of my leg, which has left a scar. The device started getting extremely hot while in use and would shut itself off. I would have to let it cool down before it would turn on again and I could resume my treatments. It was during one of these frustrating uses with multiple overheat-cooldown-restarts that I took an exceptionally sharp zap to the inside of my upper thigh. I actually suspect now that this is why the cord quit working and wonder what sort of fire dangers might also be associated with the device, as it will, apparently, occasionally omit a flash that is hot enough to burn! I also provided them with photos and I'm now saving all of my correspondence, order information, etc. In addition, I looked up the website domain registration for deluxeskin.co and trydeluxeskin.com to see where the company is located, since the government entity that you contact with a complaint about items bought online from a seller outside the U.S. is different than the one for reporting domestic companies. (Contact econsumer.gov if you are complaining about items you bought online from a seller outside the U.S.) Turns out, all of the registrant and admin information for deluxeskin.co is redacted for privacy, which is a little suspicious, and the registrant and admin for trydeluxeskin.com is located in Reykjavik, Iceland. Just preparing, in case I don't get a favorable response from DeluxeSkin at 3 AM tomorrow morning!

I wouldn not even give this lazer hair remover a 1…I’d give it a -10! Please note…I followed EVERY direction & this device doesn’t even “kinda” work! I gave it 12-14 uses in multiple areas on body…and shard directly before every.single.time! It only did I lose hours of my time I’ll never get back…but it’s definitely NOT 10O% money back guaranteed! Their customer service is horrible & I’ve yet to receive a call back as to why I have to pay to ship this back to China w/in the trial period! Why would I want to keep & get 1/2 money back (other option)?!! It DOES NOT WORK!!!! Learn from my mistake!!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. The positive reviews must be paid for or people in their company - DO NOT BELIEVE them! total scam. I thought I was ordering another company's product and somehow got "switched" to this company. absolutely no response when trying to return item; will not even attempt to use it, based on the reports of it being defective etc. and it looks as though I have lost the money I paid.

Consistent with other reviews, this company was fraudulent in their product reviews and their product itself. It was defective from the moment I opened it, and the company gave me grief in trying to return it. They wanted videos and to troubleshoot when the darn thing wouldn't even turn on! Then they're trying to say it's on me to pay for return shipping back to China. It's a waste of money and time.

I would give them a zero if possible. See all other reviews.
