My go to shop for those hard to find Gunpla or P-Bandai kits. Every order has been packaged extremely well & delivered on time. They have great prices & selection of kits, definitely a site I will be a reoccurring customer of.

I’m so happy to report that Delta H did a fantastic job with my recent Gunpla order.

With it being a small seller and with my order being big (over £350), I did have some worries - but I’m happy to report that their communication was top tier (website stock was accurate and confirmed over WhatsApp), dispatch was immediate and delivery packaging was excellent. No stickers or marks on the boxes which is extra nice for collectors.

In terms of items and price - I need to stress that I checked over fifteen suppliers in the UK and only one other seller even came close to in-stock availability of models and similarly only one seller came close in terms of price.

Example; Tallgeese II Master Grade was £57 on Delta H and the only other UK sellers were £75 and £80. The item was only listed on 6 out of the 15 stores I checked with.

I’m happy to have a new, reliable UK-based seller for future orders.

Similar to the review before mine, I too was concerned about someone's PayPal experience and was raising my eyebrow because you had to message them to confirm stock even though the website says it's in stock. However, I contacted them, Delta-H responded quite quickly and I put my order in. It arrived by Royal Mail in 3 days and got my kit at a nice price. Definitely recommend them! However my advice is to contact them beforehand to confirm stock.

Dang I gotta say I was scared by the PayPal review. Took me a week before I actually contacted the shop to confirm availability through WhatsApp, coz of the reciew and the stock and price they got for MGs seems to be too good to be true in UK standard, quick responds and the order is dispatched in 2 days and finally got my MGs today. The boxes are in perfect conditions without a crease. Definitely recommend.

Bought an item, very fast delivery, item exactly as described and well priced too!

Delta is a great provider of those rarer, hard to find kits. While most retailers here in the UK just sell what Bandai gives them, Delta actively imports products from Bandai HK and will ask their customers if they’re interested in a product on PB, and also takes requests too!

At first I was quite cautious because of the only negative review pertaining to a refund below and because they don't have an option to pay that is secure (e.g. PayPal) but I went ahead anyway because the prices were excellent and their active social media presence made them seem legit.

Please don't let that negative review or lack of PayPal put you off!

I messaged their very helpful WhatsApp number to double check that some gunpla kits were definitely in stock and ready for UK delivery within the week and I received a reply within an hour at about midnight.

Then after the purchase they were very helpful in messaging me further details.

I ordered Wednesday AM, it was posted Thursday AM and I received it Friday AM via Royal Mail 48hrs tracked.

Best and cheapest Gunpla experience online in UK, would recommend!

This company is fraudulent.
I placed an order and paid £253.99 for an in stock item but nothing was delivered and no information provided by the retailer. I sent a couple of emails over 4-5 days and also tried to call, requesting an update or shipping information but got no response.

Fortunately I had paid using PayPal, so raised an "item not delivered" case with them. This seemingly prompted Delta H to respond, who said that the item was a now a pre-order item with stock "possibly" arriving in over a months time... conveniently taking my purchase outside the PayPal 30 dispute window.

As such I explained that I had no faith in the company and that as we were within 14 days of the time of purchase, I was requesting a full refund, as per UK consumer law.

The response I got stated that they "hate paypal", despite providing them as a payment method, and as such would be deducting 4% from my refund.

I explained that they had no right to do this, that in fact this practice was against the law and that I knew my consumer rights. I again requested the full refund.

They then escalated the case to a claim and offered a partial refund totalling £243.83. Amounting to 96% of the £253.99 that I had paid them.

Thankfully, Paypal acted according to the law and in my favour and I now have my full amount back. I will absolutely not be using them again and I suggest you also steer clear.

Total scam. Do not trust them.
