Terrible customer service, and the quality of services leaves a lot to be desired.
We bought a VDS via pre-order, simply splitting the cost with Eric for a single service. Pimik kept telling us "it will be ready tomorrow" multiple times, so we had already planned our schedule around those deadlines. Ultimately, after yet another delay, it turned out that the CPU was defective. No exact ETA was given, and we were left facing an unknown waiting period. When I brought up the issue of compensation for missing the stated deadline twice, the seller tried to pass off the standard 10% pre-order discount as compensation. However, this discount was known well before the delays and had absolutely nothing to do with them. Later, he explicitly stated that no compensation would be provided, and the maximum he could offer was a full refund.Another strange moment was his attempt to claim that an account cannot belong to two people, even though no such restriction was specified anywhere before payment. We weren't reselling anything; we just paid for one VDS together. Therefore, I have every right to judge the quality of the service. In the end, we processed a refund. Our main grievance is not even that the hardware turned out to be defective Hetzner-used junk—that kind of thing can happen to anyone. The real issue is that the provider's risks were completely shifted onto the customer. They kept reassuring us with specific deadlines until the very last moment, and once they failed, they refused to take any responsibility for their words. After this experience, we decided that continuing to work with Delonix was far too risky.
