Delonghi Cookers Arvostelua 

My mum just received her new second Delonghi electric cooker (to replace her old one) she is very happy with it, but is struggling with the new controls. Can you advise the best settings for example to roast potatoes/ cook a lasagne. She would be most grateful, any recipe books in the pipeline? She’ll get the hang of the induction top! Thank you 😊

Brilliant service. Steve went above and beyond to be helpful. Was well informed about the model and was able to answer all my questions about a duel fuel range cooker and the installation requirements . I was a bit stressed when I called and he was patient to go through the delivery info a few times with me .Really personable employee and professional too. I’d definitely recommend this company.

Just purchased the DTR906-DF to replace my very old Delonghi professional. Steve and Mike both extremely helpful in processing my order and arranging delivery within 2 days. The delivery ‘team’ were also cheerful, helpful and bang on their time slot. Very happy with new cooker.... like the new hob arrangement with large burner for wok, paella etc. and this time I have choice of 2 ovens. I do agree with a previous review that a bar or handle for the bottom storage compartment would be great but this is just a minor comment. Overall excellent.

I recently purchased a DeLonghi DTR 906 G 90cm gas range cooker. The process was really easy and delivery was fast. The support given by Steve during the buying process was first class. The change from our old cooker to this is just fantastic, it is so easy to use and looks great! I can fully recommend the company and this product.

I ordered a replacement seal for my top oven from the parts guys which arrived with no instructions!! However, when I got in touch with Delonghi direct they replied quickly with helpful hints on how I should approach it! It worked it took very little time once I knew what to do!

Great value range cooker and it looks brilliant, very pleased. Not 5 stars because the delivery company damaged the floor removing the old cooker, but would recommend the product.

The delivery guys were absolutely brilliant. Slightly disappointed with the pan storage as there is no handle. The cast iron pan stands on top of the cooker have already marked. Is there something you could recommend that we can coat them with, as it spoils the look of a brand new cooker. Within the information that came with the cooker, I was hoping that there may have been a small recipe book for the different functions of the ovens. Generally happy with the product. Could you advise if there are any bakeware/roasting tins available to purchase.

Bought our dual fuel range cooker direct from Delonghi. Customer service was excellent and the new cooker appears solid, looks great and performs superbly.
Delivery was well handled and our old cooker was taken away as well, for a small fee. No reason to doubt that we'll get many years of good use from it.

Fantastic quality range cooker. Solid controls and handles. Great oven light and shelving space in both. Plenty of pan space at the bottom, pitty there’s no handle or opening mechanism but still easy to use.

Very pleased with my De Longhi cooker from Rangecookers. It arrived on time and the delivery men removed my old one - no problems. It’s a great looking cooker and the induction hob is fantastic, even faster than gas. I am still waiting for the stainless upstand to arrive (missing from the delivery) but as the cooker arrived the day before lockdown Friday 13 March - not an auspicious date - I understand the delay.

I don't often write reviews but feel compelled to after the excellent customer service I received from Steve Richardson at Fisher and Paykel Appliances. Due to a delivery failure where my Delonghi cooker when to the wrong depot and could therefore not be delivered on the arranged date, Steve went above and beyond my expectations of customer service and ordered another oven to come from his depot and managed to get the delivery before 9am the following day to avoid me having to take another day off work . When the oven had a faulty part he personally delivered this to me that same week and even left me a card and bottle of prosecco to apologise for the delay in the delivery ( which was due to the courier company and not related to Fisher PayKel as we had ordered through another company) In this day and age of poor customer service I feel that Steve has to be recognised for going the extra mile and I felt completely understood in my frustrations as I was without an oven. First class service and would highly recommend Fisher Paykel and of course Delonghi as I absolutely love my new range which was a replacement for my previous delonghi range which was 15 years old.

After struggling for a couple of hours to get our oven door back on we called the helpline and Steve talked us through resetting the springs and in 10 minutes the problem was sorted! Couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you!!

Just had a delonghi cooker fitted very pleased with the cooker. Steve Richardson has been excellent with his support going over and above to help and answer any questions. My experience has been positive and would def recommend delonghi cookers to all family and friends. Thanks Steve

Still haven't received my cooker but I really needed to give my 5stars for Mr Steve Richardson. Despite the distance(I leave in Greece)he made me feel secure and safe to order a product that I've never seen or touch. He stayed awake till 12 in the night to complete the order procedure! Thank you Delonghi for having professional, caring and polite people in your team. I will review when I'll receive my cooker also!

Mr Steve Richardson was supremely helpful in sourcing our oven part when other outlets had said it was impossible. Any business works at its optimum when you have someone enterprising, determined and willing to go that extra mile. I didn't know in what capacity Mr Richardson worked until I read his designation -I thought perhaps he was a customer service advisor -that and much more evidently -he is the Customers and Services Manager and he was happy to carry out an extensive search for our De Longhi oven part. He came up trumps and for that we are extremely grateful.

Delonghi ovens are rubbish - they burn food from the bottom, don't brown and are unpredictable. I would NEVER recommend one. We have had ours for 3 months and it's going out!
