Delivita  Arvostelua

Easy secure online transaction. Clear choices on website. Everything in stock.
Excellent communication regarding order and delivery date from Lauren in Customer Services.
Pre day delivery time confirmed with personal delivery and instruction on use from Simon in Sales to ensure we received in time for Christmas.
Unpacked onsite and cardboard removed and another tree will be planted.
Cannot fault Delivita Ltd team and products so far. Everything of really high quality. It was even questioned why we had ordered the chimney and did we know what its' use was for and did we still need it for the purpose and location we intended the oven for. Nothing is sold to you just for them to make another sale.
First pizza on cooking as I type.
In this day and age, it is so brilliant to know the customer IS valued and appreciated.

Tilly, Georgia, Marco and the rest of the team have a great product and an even better focus on customer service.

To say my order was a little demanding is an understatement and yet they picked up the gauntlet and delivered amazingly.

Even when third parties and the weather (elements well out of the company’s direct control) tried to pull the rug, they could have acted like many other companies and hidden behind faceless customer service emails and ran off with the money. However they continued to go above and beyond.

Likewise the personal attention and patience that Marco offers new chefs like me with my newbie questions is something else.

Stay true to your values, hone the product and supply chain and you’ll be unstoppable.

Thank you for delivering probably the best pizza party for my boy and his mates!!

First class service

This was the first time I had used Delivita to supply a selection of doughs

From start to finish the service has been excellent

Contact by phone and E-mail has been friendly / polite /and very professional (thank you georgia white )
I will definitely be using Delivita again and will not hesitate to recommend the company to my friends and relatives.

I saw the chilli red oven reviewed on Youtube and just had to have one. I am a perfectionist and the oven and Delivita have definitely lived up to my expectations. Not only is the oven fantastic (gets up to temperature really fast - about 30 minutes as advertised), but their customer service before and after purchase has been really impressive. They really care about their product and their customers and it shows :)

Having had my Delivita pizza oven a year now, I can honestly say I love the oven. I cook everything in it not just pizza, I have cooked meat, vegetables, pastry and meringue. The customer service has been brilliant from the beginning and continues to be. The recipe ideas they give are great and I thoroughly enjoyed their cook along. I have had three pizza dough deliveries and they arrived on time as per order. The dough is so easy to work with and cooks perfectly every time. Thank you Team Delivita

The DeliVita Pizza Oven is a high quality product. Everything to do with the purchase was smooth and well organised. The oven is easy to light and the pizzas are the best we have ever tasted. Have just bought some pizza dough - looking forward to trying them.

Quick and easy to use. Looks good too. Very happy with my purchase.

I've always wanted a wood-fired pizza oven but our garden is limited for space.
How delighted I was to discover the Delivita pizza oven. It fulfils all my needs.
I am quickly getting used to cooking this way and the support I have received from Delivita is second to none. Outstanding customer service from Marco and his team. Thank you.

Amazing service. Great product - best pizzas ever. Great excuse for a party. The quality of the oven and accessories exceeded all expectations. Very friendly team and answered all my queries before I bought. Pizza dough is also excellent. Love love love Delivita!!

Brilliant oven and great customer service!

Absolutely the best service I have ever encountered! The pizza oven is the best quality & made in the UK which is a bonus. Such a friendly team, delivery was speedy and instruction videos ensured the perfect wood fired pizza. The dough to go pack is so simple. Thank you all team Delivita, you really are the best!

I don't normally do reviews but this is an extraordinary company that deserves the recognition. This is quite simply the most helpful, thoughtful and thoroughly engaging company I have had the pleasure of doing business in recent years. Marco has been extraordinarily helpful and of course deeply knowledgeable - it's wonderful to hear him talk with such pride and passion about not only the outstanding products they produce but about food and life in general. It was a pleasure chatting to him as we worked through delivery logistics, how to cure the oven and about how to get the most out of it. The whole team is simply fabulous and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Team DeliVita - you set the standard that other must follow! Thank you!

If I had to take one cooking equipment with me to a desert island, it would be the Delivita. I've been cooking outdoors for over 20 years and cooked on many bbqs and tandoor ovens. The Delivita sits firmly as the best and my favourite cooking equipment. The quality of the food is sensational, always brings a smile to our face. Very easy to use, fantastic quality, amazing customer service and I look forward to many years of happiness with the Delivita. There are a lot of options on the market, nothing will compare with the Delivita

Arrived on time and was easy to use, Pizza's came out perfect will be using again.

With several emails reminding me in advance, it was no surprise when the box of dough was delivered as advertised. All the dough balls were in individual bags ready to go straight into the freezer.
Made my pizzas with the dough balls yesterday and I can assure they were delicious. Maybe not restaurant standard yet, but that was down to me 😂

Absolutely amazing oven. Bought last minute for my husband’s 50th the team at Delivita couldn’t have been more helpful. They tracked down an oven close to where I live and then offered so much support in the first couple of weeks when we were curing the oven and cooking our first pizza’s!
Their own dough is amazing too!
I chose this oven because it was made in Yorkshire and it was a small family business.
It’s a beautiful thing and the pizzas are amazing!
Highly recommend

Excellent product and service which included a personal telephone call, prior to delivery, to confirm delivery date and details of how to cure the oven.

Not only does this produce amazing pizzas, but steaks and roasts cooked in the DeliVita oven are incredibly tasty! It's been a fun journey so far and I can't wait to continue using this oven for years to come!

Excellent dough. Delivery was really efficient - due to a change in courier it arrived within the specified hourly time slot and most of the dough balls were still frozen.

Delivered on time, well packaged, the dough was semi frozen on arrival ready for the freezer.
The pizza base produced with the dough is consistent and one of the best I’ve tasted.
Not the cheapest but one of the best.
