Delicate Leather Arvostelua

My experience with Delicate Leather has been excellent! They have been quick to respond to emails with care taken to address issues. I am doing and exchange in color, and so far it has been smooth!
I appreciate their attentiveness!

Buyer beware if you have to send anything back for a refund. I followed return instructions to the detail and paid $30 for shipping only to have it returned. No customer support at all.

Although the title called it a premium leather Boho steering wheel cover, the company pointed out to me that in the description farther down, it did say it was fabric. My mistake. I am sorry to have left a bad review at first, but they are responsive and willing to talk- a sign of a good company.

Ordered on 7/5/2026 and received on 7/13/2026. Advised them after I ordered that I was unable to apply the 20% discount they offered. They immediately applied that refund to my purchase via PayPal. The seat cushion is well made and looks good on my new BMW 330I. Thanks Delicate Leather!!

The product that we received is of top quality! The customer service was absolutely amazing and response time was more than exceptional as well. I would highly recommend to any of my friends family and my current real estate customers that I deal with on a daily basis, which are all high-end clients.

Definitely well made genuine leather steering wheel cover with a premuin look and feel. Well worth the money. No regrets.

Oroduct looks and feels great. Fits perfectly

They were quick and efficient on helping me get a replacement! I had to replace a steering wheel cover that was damaged during install they helped me find the problem and sent me the one I needed! Would definitely shop here again.

Please note that this review is in regards to the Customer Service I received with my order, not necessarily about the product I purchased. So, I purchased the 5D Universal Car Steering Wheel Cover for my wife and I, thinking that the outsized portions on the cover would be comfortable and ergonomic. Unfortunately, while I immensely enjoyed the cover, my wife did not, so we had to return it. The customer service for the return we received was exemplary. The return process was extremely easy, transparent and fast. I would absolutely purchase from Delicate Leather again, knowing that if I have any issues with my order, they will 100% take care of me.

product is great delivery terrible terrible terrible had to contact you 3 x .

I appreciate a company who makes quality products they stand behind. The Delicate Leather support not only helped me select the right cushion to fit in my car, they also stood behind the product when I noticed a tear in the leather. Who could ask for anything more? A quality product that is backed by the company. We need to travel to the hospital every two weeks for the next year for my wife's infusions. This Dedicated Leather seat cushion will make it a more enjoyable trip for her. Many thanks.

Great product and really enjoy the quality

Quick reply and good customer service

I am very pleased with my customer service experience with Delicate Leather. After contacting them regarding an error with the product I had ordered I received a quick response from customer service. They asked for photos which I then sent to them. Within an hour of sending the requested photos I received a reply from customer service that a replacement was being sent and apologized for my inconvenience. I could not have hoped for a better result. Thanks to the customer service department at Delicate Leather.

Excellent customer service. Quick response by staff and shipment update.

I bought neck pillows and steering wheel cover. The customer service is really great. Very quick to respond and very friendly. Also I love this store as this was the only place I found that had a color that matched the new 2026 Tesla interior called “light cream”. They should probably advertise this as this is very hard to find. Most places just have white or beige which don’t match the light cream. They have what matched perfectly.

This strap is amazing quality and worked exactly as described. The Velcro is positioned so it does not ruin your clothing and the length of the strap cover is wonderful! We bought this for our airplane seat belts and have been very pleased.

I would recommend Delicate Leather to anyone seeking quality leather products and exceptional service. As an Author and Songwriter, the above line might sound like a 'throwaway' line, but after surviving a five-year cancer journey, my wife and I were planning a cross-country trip in our car. I bought several comfort items, such as seat-belt shoulder cushions, neck and back/lumbar support systems. All the items were high-quality products, but it was the old-fashioned person to person service that totally impressed me. I received personal updates on questions I raised and shipping status. Do yourself a favor and give Delicate Leather a chance to prove this review is accurate and true!
