Friendly expert advice from Nicola Smith throughout the transaction. I first viewed the property at the beginning of October and exchanged contracts in mid December. The process of purchasing the property went smoothly.

Delaneys where can I start? The amount of support and guidance that Nichola gave us was invaluable! She was always with us throughout the process always available to help in any way she could and if not for her we probably wouldn’t have got everything done in time to be in our new home.
