Super clinic and amazing consultant - Dr Teuta Berisha! Her approach, procedure explanations and general professionalism is superb. Teuta always puts me at ease before my procedure (botox) and always achieves a natural, glowing look! I have recommended Teuta and the clinic to many friends - you are in safe hands with this business.

My son and I had the MiraDry treatment last month and we are blown away by the results. After years of constant underarm sweating (hyperhydrosis), we no longer even need to apply deodorant. No sweat, no smell, it’s amazing! The ladies who completed the treatment were lovely, so caring and professional. I’d highly recommend Define clinic and the treatment. In fact, I already have - my friend is going along today for her MiraDry treatment!

Benji did my botox and lip fillers the first time and i had a lady do it the second time- cant remember her name.

I have had my treatments done at a range of clinics- high end to low/medium end and the thing which differs is obviously the price but also patient journey.

Benji was very professional- i did not feel even a scratch. The lips were done well- although i must say that it needed slightly more at the ends of the bottom lip but to be fair to him he was following my insructions to a tee! Always difficult for a patient to be able to tell due to the swelling. I suppose that is what 2 week fup is for.

Prices are high although not the most inflated i have seen so id say in line with high end prices. That is the only reason it lost a start on economical value- sorry

Most importantly, Benji did not upsell or even try to. There is enough marketting material around te clinic which makes it easy for anyone with any interest to look into it further without feeling awkward to say no.

Define clinic is the best. Lovely helpful staff and nothing is too much to ask . I had composite bonding done by Dr Aggie ,she is the loviest lady you could ever meet and the best in the business for composite bonding . I am so happy with my teeth , they are perfect. Also her nurse Faye is such a lovely lady , very helpful and good at her job . I would recommend Dr Aggie to anyone who wants composite bonding done . You will not be disappointed. First impressions of walking into reception was a bright, clean and welcome reception area .
A lovely young lady named Georgia took me thru to a clean and comfortable room where I met Arreni , who explained the procedure and put me at ease.

I had the best experience with Dr Arreni, she and her staff at reception made me feel comfortable as soon as I got in. It was a very good experience. Most importantly I love how my lips have turned out!!! She did them so subtle but obvious for me which was what I wanted! I’d deffo recommend her to anyone who are wanting to get lip fillers.

As always a 5* visit to Define dental. The clinic is clean and state of the art. I've just had composite fillings created to address worn away gums! The results are stunning! Subtle yet transformational. Dr Shebri and Nurse Faye looked after me so well and thoroughly addressed any questions I had to make me feel comfortable and at ease! The work is truly a piece of art and I am thrilled with the result.

I've never had laser treatment before and was apprehensive. From my first appointment, Elena talked me through options and recommendations, taking time to carefully explain the process. I went away feeling confident but there's no pressure to book anything until you decide it's right for you. On the day of the treatment, Elena was brilliant, calm and friendly. I also had a follow up appointment and again at every step I felt my best interests were at the heart of every discussion.
