Dont waste your time and money
I am appalled at the disrespect and inability to provide me, the customer with all assets needed to actually create the webpage.
With two different web developers on two different projects, both explained to me how multiple assets were missing from the confusing list of folders provided by Deer Designer who had no issue with taking my money but being unable to hold up their end of the bargain.
And, instead of just providing me with the missing assets, I was instead told that I should have known what was missing and requested it when the design was done.
If you do decide to do business with this service which is not at all worth the money, just understand that they are not as good as they claim they are, and make 100% sure that you have everything you need once they finally deliver something to you.
Update to the response from Deer Designer: They claim they went above and beyond for me, yet as retaliation for leaving this review, they deleted my account and all designs they made were immediately removed so unless I already saved them I no longer have access.
And as far as "pausing" your subscription goes, it was a mistake on your teams side which they attempted to take advantage of to force me to pay another month. Its only after I called them out on the issue, that they paused the subscription.
I was also surprised that you went out of your way to disrespect me by refusing to add the assets that you failed to provide in the first place, and instead forced me to leave a review and hopefully prevent someone else from having these issues.

I was surprised to see your review title as "Don't waste your time and money". During the 3 months you stayed with us, we delivered you over 150 hours worth of design work and your feedback on almost all the requests were very positive.
I personally checked each of your requests to see if the team has done anything wrong but everything was correct. You told me you wanted the team to export assets from the designs we created for you AFTER you paused your account, which you forgot to request while your account was active. Unfortunately, the team won't work for free on a 3-month old request.
Not only that, but when you missed the deadline to pause your account, the team was promptly helpful and didn't charge you the monthly subscription for that month.
As you can see on all the other reviews from our clients - and how the team always treated you, we go above and beyond to help with anything needed, and we're the first to apologize and make it right if we're in the wrong.
I'm sorry you had to go out of your way to leave us 1-star review because we wouldn't work for free. The internet is a free space, so it's your right to do so, whether or not you're being unfair to us.
I hope you find what you're looking for.
