Decorfaure Arvostelua

Such amazing decor pieces and reasonable prices. The delivery was also very fast. I had an issue with one of my orders and customer service resolved it in a flash. Highly recommend. I am not sure why these other people are leaving bad feedback but I have received the best service. Don't hesitate to buy.

Do not buy from here. I ordered a bedspread for 200 dollars. They did not have my item in stock and offered me a different one. I said no, because I did not want that one and requested a refund. Two years or arguing with them and nothing. I have still have not received a refund.

BEWARE - Decofaure offers a no risk, any reason you are unhappy with purchase dont worry , understanding the issues when you buy on line blah blah blah -so they say!! they offer Guarantees they dont stand by.Get goods, problem and then no return address. You have to Message their customer service with a reason .Then you Just get arguements and their opinion and thats that.Tough .Only that i had paypal i opened a case .After Paypal contacted them Decofaure then gave me a return address which is just a house on a street in Australia !!! yes Melbourne. So £20 tracked and recorded for small parcel .When it got to the given address and i informed them , still nothing .Escalated case and Paypal found in my favour . Exhausting, shameful , please note this

I purchased so I thought, a limited edition Mickey Mouse Britto figurine.
Unfortunately, when I received it, the box was a disgrace and I don't mean the cardboard box securing the item, I mean the box that held the figurine in it. The box had taped all over it and very unattractive!
The figurine was very poorly done. I have Britto figurines and the standard is nothing like them. The paint was runny, the Britto stamp was not as it should be and the colours were not right for this figurine.
I requested to send the item back but I had to pay the shipping costs plus I would have a restocking fee of 30% taken off!!
This is appalling and I will be contacting trading standards under Section 23 of the Consumer Rights Act as to get this resolved and get my money back in full!!
The product in my opinion is a counterfeit copy and should not be sold as this.
I won't be buying from them again and I certainly will be warning my friends to avoid this company!!

I got a stag painted head but the paint was nothing like the the one I ordered, they say they are hand painted and yes you would expect variations but this was entirely different, I would have liked to show photos

Very bad service. I purchased goods worth almost a thousand dollars, no communication at all. Can't track order. I later got an email that the products I ordered are not available so I should pick something else. I told them i wan5ed a refund instead and since then I haven't heard a word from them.

Brilliant service great price and arrived bang on time . Well done

Call themselves sellers of luxury furniture and decor. Ordered a planter (Melting Girl Planter) which was reduced from £50 to £29. Arrived in a small A5 envelope and was just about bigger than an egg cup, not big enough to plant anything in and was made of cheap plastic covered in hair. Would not be worth £5, let alone £50. Very disappointed with this unscrupulous seller
