After making our purchase, a member of the Decor and Pour team rang to ensure we were clear on the choice, as there were several to choose from, and then let me know when they would be shipping. Our bar chairs arrived in a timely fashion, they are such high quality, and were packaged expertly and easy to assemble. Would highl recommend!

Love the book side table
Love the book side table! It’s so quirky and everyone who has seen it asked where I got it. It’s sturdy and well made. Very happy will order more from this company. Delivery was excellent with dpd and very quick considering it was a bank holiday weekend.

Highly responsive, efficient and professional company
I was really impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of decor and pour. We purchased two bar stools which arrived promptly and were excellent quality, sadly they didn’t look right in our kitchen. We first opted to swap them for a different colour, and ultimately to return them for a full refund. On both occasions, Mark and the team at Decor and pour were extremely responsive and efficient. I’d highly recommend them and look forward to shopping with them again soon.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Mark was extremely helpful, my item arrived damaged but it was dealt with and resolved very quickly. Great customer service, thank you Mark.
