Rückgabe schon erfolgt, wurde aber mit Rückerstattung hingehalten.

Ich habe mehrmals den Kundenservice kontaktiert, aber alles ohne Erfolg. Zudem habe ich PayPal eingeschaltet, aber vom Verkäufer kam keine Rückmeldung. Man hat hier den Eindruck, dass hier auf Zeit gespielt wird und nach dem Motto gehandelt wird, das Geld was ich behalte und nicht auszahle, ist mir. Ein typisches Verhalten sich einfach bei den Kunden Tot zu stellen, um auf unehrenhafte Weise Geld zu generieren. Ich habe sogar auf meine Kosten die Ware an Amazon Deutschland zurückgesendet, obwohl ich bei Deconovo selbst gekauft hatte. Das kam mir schon seltsam vor. Der Kunde bekommt kein kostenloses Rücksendelabel, sondern muss die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen. Auch die Bedingungen für die Rücksendung, bzgl. der Qualitätsmängel ist so gestrickt, dass letztendlich wieder der Kunde zahlt. Wenn z.B. der Stoff nicht der Erwartung entspricht, darf der Kunde freundlicherweise die Rücksendung selbst zahlen.
Auch die Erstattung lässt auf sich warten. Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht in meinen Augen anders aus.

Refund never recived

I've sent back my order according to their return and refund policy, but 2 month later still hasn't received my refund. Contacted them many times, no success.

Very poor customer service

I purchased 2 pairs of your blackout curtains at a cost of £60.75,after 2 weeks i inquired as to were my oder was only to be told it had been delivered, but i had no received them,contacted customer service again, but have heard no more since, very disappointed and £60.75 out o pocket
