Not delivered the right amount

I ordered 2 packs if 2 cushion covers and I only received 1 not happy and now I’m having to chase around to find out where they are

I am very happy to say that Deconovo have promptly sorted this out for me now

Great curtains

Really pleased with the two sets of curtains I bought from this company, they were very good value and I had a discount as well, they were delivered well on time .

Trying to get a refund

I ordered some curtains, they arrived but when I tried them, one side was was longer than the other. I contacted customer support and eventually they offered to replace them. By then I had bought some curtains elsewhere so I asked for a refund. I have been waiting 2 days for a reply, as to how I can return the curtains and get a refund.
I've heard nothing, despite emailing them a number of times.

Not received curtains yet

Not received curtains yet, ordered 4 days ago, considering the £4.99 postage cost I expected them to arrive before now. Customer service is shocking, phone number doesn't connect, WhatsApp isn't working, emails taken around 24 hours for a generic response.

Great experience!

The curtains arrived soon after ordering which was very much appreciated. I can honestly say it was a great experience ordering online and receiving my order. I highly recommend this company for their promptness, fair pricing, and quality of merchandise.
