No Freemium. They tell you can upload for free but once you go through the entire process, register, upload a file, they process the file, then they require a credit card to start a 14 day trial.

You can't cancel your account and can't delete your credit card details. Website is a rip-off and they don't reply back to your emails until several weeks later. Rubbish platform.

I used to be quite happy with the product when they used to offer summaries of Apple podcasts. But suddenly, they changed their policy and are now refusing to give me a refund. I hope they will backtrack but until then my score is 1. Unacceptable.

Unfortunately customer support is nonexistent. My account never worked and customer service won’t close my account.

I’ve been getting a recurring charge and not been able to use.

Avoid at all costs

As a new podcaster, I am absolutely hooked on Deciphr! I absolutely love the speed and accuracy of it but more so, the general summary and timestamps are just GOLD. It saves me so much time, energy and brainpower and makes my podcast production so much more efficient, professional and streamlined. I would be absolutely lost without it now. Highly highly recommend!

Deciphr.ai is the BEST audio transcription service I have tried for podcasting because it offers the most output options with uploading one audio file. Within a minute you have a full transcription of your audio file, time stamps, and summaries! I don't know of any other services that let you do all of that so quickly! You can add the speaker's names and it does the rest. This is the easiest part of the podcast process. It's been a great experience and Deciphr.ai is now my go to for transcribing, summarizing and timestamping. Thank you!!!
