En el local de Punta Carretas, hay muy pocos vendedores, hay que recorrer casi toda la tienda para encontrar alguno.
Los probadores son muy pocos, se pierde mucho tiempo esperando que quede alguno vacío hay personas que entran al probador con mucha ropa y están más de media hora dentro.
Hay una evidente falta de higiene con la ropa probada y entregada por no ser comprada y no existe una desinfección de los probadores, aunque sea elemental con un spray desinfectante, porque observe entrar a personas con ropa muy sucia y con falta de higiene personal. -
Por último, en la web promocionan todos los talles de un determinado producto y el stock del mismo y al concurrir a comprar, no se encuentra.-

Siempre que necesito algo de esta empresa concurro a Punta Carretas Shopping que me atienden muy bien.

Sin embargo hice una compra web, con entrega -gratis- a domicilio y fue un desastre.

Demoraron 13 días. No contestaban mensajes.
Me mandaron el paquete a una empresa de envios en Paso Molino y vivo muy lejos de esa zona.

Tuve que pagar a una persona que me lo fuera a buscar.

Mal pedí unas cosas que no voy a decir el nombre y no me llegaron y se limpian las manos absolutamente. Son una panda de impresentables

Compré en decathlon online unas zapatillas a "calzados victoria", me llegaron defectuosas y con talla errónea, he intentado hacer la devolución pero me acusan a mi de haber provocado los daños y se niegan a hacerme reembolso: decathlon mi siquiera me responde...me siento engañada y desamparada, no volveré a comprarles nada e intento contarlo a todos los que pueda para que no les pase a nadie más...

On December 17, 2024, I placed an online order totaling 10,100 pesos uruguayos for three items. While I received two of the items, the tent valued at 7,900 pesos was never delivered.

Lack of Communication
I have tried repeatedly to contact Decathlon Uruguay through WhatsApp, email, and Facebook, but I have not received a single response. Adding to the frustration, there is no phone number available to speak with someone directly, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues.

Generalized Customer Service Problems
After reviewing their Facebook page, it became clear that I am not the only customer facing such issues. There are numerous reviews from others reporting:

Missing items from orders.
Incorrect items delivered with no resolution.
Refunds that are promised but never issued.
A general lack of response from the company, leaving customers without solutions.
Legitimacy of Decathlon Uruguay
The most alarming discovery was that Decathlon Uruguay does not appear on Decathlon’s official list of stores worldwide, as listed on their international website. This raises serious questions about whether this store is operating legitimately under the Decathlon brand.

Impact on Decathlon’s Reputation
Decathlon is globally recognized for its quality products and strong customer service. However, the issues with Decathlon Uruguay, including missing items, unfulfilled refunds, lack of communication, and potential legitimacy concerns, are damaging to the brand’s reputation.

Our Request
We hope Decathlon’s international management takes notice of these recurring issues and investigates the legitimacy and operations of Decathlon Uruguay. Customers deserve clear communication, reliable service, and confidence that their purchases are protected.

Until these problems are addressed, I cannot recommend purchasing from Decathlon Uruguay.
