Initially they were fantastic really good to talk to and they did help but after some time realised they were talking a big some of money themselves and not only that when I was in a position to settle they requested 25% of my debt as settlement which was thousands which put me in more debt considering I went though step change a charity supposedly? Now I may just have been unlucky not to sort this myself as it's very easy to get money but beware it's not so easy to pay companys back as most lenders are in some way or form are the same entities. So you are forced to use the debt support service to settle up. So please be aware there are hidden charges at the end and if you are in the position please speak to and arrange a debt payment with each of your creditors yourself and avoid even more stress. You will be very surprised how easy they are to talk to and arrange your debt.

I was in a position to clear my debts so I called to ask about a settlement and was advised about a 12.5% fee to settle. I decided to approach my creditors myself only to discover that the majority of what I paid them did not go on debt payments, I had over 800 pounds on one debt being paid off at 2 pounds per month, the maximum I had was a 5 per month payment. I have decided to take my debts in house. Do not use these people they use most of the payment on their fees rather than your debt.
