Carita the advisoŕ that I saw was very helpful, she was very patient , caring and understanding. I was made to feel comfortable detailing mÿ situation. Carita showed empathy and explained everything in a way I was able to undestand whilst remaining completely professional. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted. Overall a great experience.
