I’ll never forget the very first case worker who opened my case. I think her name was Shana (sorry if I’ve got it wrong). She was the one who started everything for me, and because of her kindness and support, my journey to becoming debt free began. I’ll always be grateful for that.

Some of you answered my phone calls, some of you encouraged me when I was stressed, and some of you worked quietly in the background to help me get through one of the hardest times in my life. Asking 5 times for a pay out figure over 6 weeks. Confirming the payout figure TWICE before the final payment date. Two days before the last debit being sent a statement showing its changed and no communication about it. Then being told the original figure was incorrect and you have to pay more. Two days before the last payment is due. Statements are always wrong. Communication lacks. Fees are obsorbent considering they do not track your debt correctly the entire time and do not liaise with the debtors as they say they do. Helpful to get you out of stressful debt but then cause unnecessary stress. Would not recommend

I was very hesitant at first to seek help thinking if I would be eligible or not. It was very tough on my family's budget and could not squeeze anymore from my income. I have been a client for several years now. The beautiful soul Kiri is my main contact and when she is not available I have the pleasure of dealing with another beautiful soul named Tina. I can't thank them both enough for taking away all the anxiety which my debt has caused me. In life we make bad choices but as long as we live, learn and go down a path of recovery, then that's all that matters. Be mindful that there is a "$2,600 per debt agreement". Still worth it though.
