The service and implementation at DebtBook are outstanding. The product is easy to use and comprehensive for both lease and debt tracking. It was a lifesaver for us with the transition into GASB87 requirements since we have 20+ leases to manage and using Excel would have been a nightmare. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a robust solution to handle a large number of debt/lease/subscription agreements.

Paul Miller was great on my subscription implementation. He was patient with all my questions and sent me copies of processes and instructions to help me to understand everything.

DebtBook is a very intuitive platform that solves a problem all government finance professionals have to deal with - how to comply with GASB regulations regarding debt and leases. This platform does everything from serving as a document repository, to keeping up with payment dates, to actually drafting the footnotes required for annual ACFR disclosure.

Debtbook was easy to use and have a easy implementation process. The only recommendation is that when they calculate the beginning balances and interest it would be nice if they provided the formula up front so the municipality could check to make sure they are following what is happening.

We are excited to utilize the many User-friendly features DebtBook has to offer! The DebtBook Staff has been extremely helpful guiding us through the implementation process.

DebtBook's Lease Implementation was seamless and required only necessary effort from our staff because DebtBook's ingenuity in planning, project management, and customer service.

The implementation training received from Daniel LaMantia on Leases was excellent. I have a lot less anxiety over complying with the new GASB 87 rule for FY 22. Thanks!
