I ordered two stray kids pcs from the dominate tour, they came packaged really secure with a cute freebie. This is my second time ordering from them and I’ve had no troubles so far :)

I bought 4 skzoo micro keyrings for myself and some friends and they arrived mid July which they said they would. I got some cute freebies and the two bonus PCs. Super happy with everything definitely will be purchase again.

Dear my favourite are virtually the only kpop shop stocking riize albums at the moment and I was so happy and grateful to be able to order from them. The albums arrived quickly and were packaged safely. All in all I'm really satisfied with the level of service.

They don’t reply. They don’t give updates on preorders. Their prices are worse than competitors. I wish I’d never ordered.

Update: they cancelled my order but haven’t refunded it, and I haven’t had an email explaining why either???

received several orders as expected. Sadly they're based in the UK so there will be a small tax charge for the rest of Europe...

Put in a pre-order (costing me over £200) in October 2024 and it was marked as delivered. Had to email customer service 3 times and threaten further action before they finally responded and inquired with postal services. Then told me it would take 4 weeks for an update, but I still haven’t received an email after 2 months. Incredibly frustrating, as I have repeatedly emailed them for updates, or reassurance, but receive nothing back. Almost every time I have ordered from this shop, there have been issues. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again as I cannot trust that my order will actually get to me.

Update: DMF said the postal service told them my package was lost in transit, so I have no idea why it was marked as delivered. DMF have told me they have issued me a refund after cancelling the order, but I have not received a penny. It's been 10 months since I ordered and all I've gotten out of this is losing £200 and my trust in this company. I understand online businesses can be overwhelmed with emails sometimes, but having to wait weeks and/or having to email multiple times just for a short reply is frustrating. Even more frustrating for me, as my order was a pre-order, and DMF didn't inform me of any transit issues, it is much harder for me to open up a case with PayPal, however, I will not be stopping until I get the entirety of my refund.

I hope you all learn from my own mistake and do not order with this shop.

It took some time for the goods to arrive, but everything was perfectly fine. I also loved the goodies for my two orders!

Ordered from here 3 weeks ago as it the only place with the item I needed in stock and with a good price and shipping rate, since it is a small business I understood that it would take a while for me to receive my item but was expecting them to communicate with me about any information instead it’s been silent from them. I finally communicate with them about my order and the online chat tells me it’s awaiting fulfilment and I then get a response from a staff saying that after further investigation they realised my parcel was lost during transit (which I didn’t even know since they never told me it was shipped) and that they will be refunding me and offered me a code for my next purchase due to the inconvenience caused which I most likely won’t be using.
I understand that this is a small business but they need work on their communication skills with their customers as it took them 3 weeks and me contacting them to tell me that my parcel was lost

I ordered in FEBRUARY and it’s now MAY and I have received zero response to my multiple emails and absolutely no sign of my order actually being sent.

Received my new jiwoong pc today packed super well thank you and thank you for the little freebies super cute

Ordered in December. Had no word since. Have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. Don’t buy from here.

This is a fraudulent website! Do not order from here. Made an order in April and up until now I have had no response from the website. Have asked for refund and again no response. I will be reporting this website to the relevant regulators to shut it down.

changed price after i bought, for both items, and charged me for the new price then only sent me one of my items

There is no response to my email about my order. It’s already 2 months since i ordered.
