Better than my old grinder for the price. Setup took a while since I am not handy, but it runs daily without issues. Good packaging and they actually responded to my question. Does what it should and nothing more.

Simple words really, just plug and grind without any fuss. Manual was unclear at first, but after a few tries it became obvious what they meant. Warranty makes sense if something breaks down later on.

Just a straightforward grinder that works fine and nothing else matters much. Three months in now and performance has stayed the same since day one without any drop off. No weird buttons or settings to learn which is refreshing.

The packaging was excessive when it arrived, but nothing inside got damaged which was helpful. The instructions were confusing at first, so it took a bit to figure out how to get going properly. Two weeks in and everything is still working exactly as it should with zero problems so far. The price felt reasonable for what you are getting here, which made me feel better about the purchase. Support took a while to respond when I had questions, but they got back to me eventually. It is not fancy or trendy, but it does what it needs to do and does it without any fuss or complaints. Nothing special about it really, but it gets the job done.

Last week tried using it and the beans grind fine enough, warranty covers basic stuff.
