My wife and I moved up to Stornoway last October and we needed to get our house in Paisley sold so we got in touch with Adam at Smart Sales after seeing a post of his on Facebook. They are absolutely fantastic to deal with, they made selling our house so much easier and a lot less stressful. They kept us constantly updated with what was happening with the house sale, letting us know if anything needed done with the place, dealing with solicitors, estate agents, viewings etc...

We had a couple of buyers fall through, through no fault of Smart Sales at all and their hard work and dedication in getting our house sold quickly and getting a good price was immensely appreciated and we honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Fantastic company. If you're selling a house and want as little stress as possible, definitely give them a shout.

I cannot praise smart enough, my partner and i were selling up to move to the outer hebrides. Smart dealt with everything from home report, marketing, small repairs and cleaning needed to get the property sale ready and all viewings. We were updated consistly throughout the whole process and our house sold in a matter of weeks! This meant we could concentrate on our move without the added stress of trying to sell our home. Smart and all its staff were proactive and professional and got us the best possible price! Would highly recommend. Thanks SMART.

I was purchasing a property with this company paid my balance premium when requested, sadly due to unforeseen circumstances the deal fell through, but credit to Adam he organised the swift return of my premium! I hope I can work and then and close a deal in near future

I had a bad experience with this company. Unfortunately they do tell a lot of lies to get the sale over the line. Proceed with caution and check everything yourself and don't trust anything.

Very nice team with amazing deals, i totally recommend if you want to secure deals.
I have found my dream apartment in Edinburgh and part of my funding was to borrow against my property but the broker couldn't get the mortgage and this guys were waiting for me 8 weeks.
I did all my best from my side and they knew that and they refunded me the whole amount for sourcing fees.
I regret that I blocked that deal for so long and i thank again for the professionalism!

Unfortunately I found this agency to be misleading with the rental packs they provide and the figures and information. I highly suggest you do your due diligence before proceeding with a purchase based on the information they provide.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. The amount of lies I was told is amazing and then they say they aren't responsible to check all the information provided is correct. Use another company and avoid yourself a headache

We used Dave and his team to source, refurbish and let a residential property. Not only did we get a great deal on a property in challenging market conditions but they were able to refurbish the property in half the time it would have taken us. Throughout the whole process, they were transparent, proactive in their communication and went out of their way to answer any questions we had.

Having been through this once, it’s unlikely we’d ever attempt to do this on our own again given how seamless they have made it.

Overall, top service, top guys. I’d recommend to anyone who has an interest in building their portfolio.
