DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Took the money, emailed order confirmation, swiftly followed by a despatch notice, which was fake as they called the following day to say they hadnt sent the chair I purchased as it failed final inspection due to damage. They have been flat out failing to refund my money for over 2 weeks, so now its of to the bank and the credit card disputes team, as reading the reviews, it looks like I am not alone. You have been warned.....

They do not deliver the phone and they dont answer when contacted but they deduct my money please i need my refund

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I received a product that was poorly packaged and arrived damaged. I contacted the company immediately, expecting a straightforward resolution. Four months later, I’m still waiting.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I’ve either been ignored or met with short, dismissive replies that offer no solution. There’s been zero accountability, no replacement, no refund—just silence or vague responses that go nowhere.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable and the products are poor quality. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Brought a over the sink dish rack.. no instructions on how to put together..some of the equipment was broken or bent..never to deal with them again

I purchased a luggage bag for $249 only two weeks ago, and after using it for just one day, the handle was already damaged. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, products must be of acceptable quality and last a reasonable amount of time, especially for the price paid.

I raised my concern by calling and even visiting the store, but no proper solution or support was offered. This shows a lack of accountability and very poor after-sales service.

I am highly disappointed and want to warn other buyers to be careful before purchasing here. A product at this price should not break so quickly, and customers deserve much better service when issues arise.

Wrong item sent.
I ordered a gold wall clock with item #3466-12 but I was sent a silver one 3466-11.
Shoe rack I ordered didn't even include an instruction on how to assemble it. I had to Google it myself.

They were out of stock and didn't have any suitable replacement, so I asked for a refund. I followed up 3 times and never heard from anyone. I organised myself alternative purchase THEN they tell me I can't get a refund and they will send me order out. I had asked for the order to be canceled so many times. They told me they had no stock. Really. Don't shop here.

Scam company they steal your money and don't send what you paid for. They then try to defraud you and extort you.

Purchased an office chair. Was hesitant as there was only 1 review here, and I had never heard of the company.
Paid via PayPal just to be safe.
Received shipping information very quickly and delivery took less than 48 hours.
Chair easy to put together, well priced, and very comfy. Shipping was also very cheap.
Would happily buy from here again.

We purchased a scale on the website. It got issues only 6 months later and finally broke 13 months after purchase only a few weeks after warranty. A "heavy duty" scale (300kg) should last longer. The response from the retailer: "We have one year warranty, its best to purchase new than repairing the scale".
We are actually not planning to replace trash with more trash.
