Heldigvis er problemet løst og din retur er refunderet i dag.

Det tager alt for lang tid at få penge…
Det tager alt for lang tid at få penge retur, hvis man ikke kan bruge varen. I mit tilfælde er varen for stor og jeg returnerede den d. 20 - jeg kan se, at Dea Kudibal modtog varen d. 23/9. Jeg har stadig ikke set skyggen af penge.
Det er super ærgerligt og grunden til at at jeg ikke handler der igen.
I øvrigt dejlige varer i god kvalitet.

My absolute favorite designer. That's why I even order from Switzerland!
The online customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, they are not reachable by phone. I'm just disappointed that the dress, which was the main reason I placed the order, suddenly wasn't available anymore, even though it had already been confirmed.

This is a high-quality product with beautiful, soft fabric that fits my body nicely and is true to size. However, the buttons on some of the shirts might be a bit loose and could fall off after a few washes. 2 buttons have already fallen down

My Ciagatadea ocean stripe shirt…
My beautiful shirt from Dea Kudibal came so quickly from Copenhagen to the UK I hardly had time to blink! Such a well made shirt which also has stand out details like the long buttoned cuffs and sleeve detail which can be worn open or buttoned.
