Ordered over 2 months ago and still yet to be dispatched. Shame as this used to be a nice shop that I used to purchase from but definitely wont be purchasing again.

I ordered my parcel on 3rd December. Have not had any contact since. I sent many emails and messages on other social media platforms to this company for updates and did not receive anything back. I feel totally ripped off. This company took my money and sent nothing

Don't waist your time. I never got My package two almost 3 months later. Tried emailing and no answer. Had to file a charge back on my card. Just don't waist your money or time on this place

The product that I've gotten was a tad bit different, instead of the socks that was in the description of the picture there was another design of socks that I've gotten when it came from the mail, It does fit me really nice thought, but I'm not that upset cause either way they did look very cute and the design was cute anyways so I'm not plaining on returning it, but yea, thanks for sending this to me, :,3

I did not get my item. I did not get a response from customer service after two attempts. I need to figure out how to get a refund.

Please never order from this SCAM of a company!!! I never received my order & you can’t get in touch with anyone in regards to customer service! Save your self the frustration and shop elsewhere!!!

More than a month after my order, I still haven't received any communication from DDLG World. I received one email with an order confirmation number, and nothing else. I sent a follow up request to ask questions about my order on January 4th, to which I have received no response. It appears that my money was taken and my items were never even processed or shipped. Currently, I am not sure if I can trust that ddlgworld.net is a real site or if I was just scammed.

What went wrong is i ordered few items in november and never got any of them!!!! I sent a message to ask what went wrong and never got a repply! All i get is to review your s***** page without any considerations about the client (me). Your customer service is the worst! You are crap!

I made my order on December 1st and I haven't received it or heard back from the company. I'm going to try to get my money back through PayPal. This is such a disappointment.

Placed my order over a month ago now, spent over 100 pounds on various items.
Never got an email or notification to say it’s been shipped it’s still listed as “order received” no tracking number, NOTHING! Just an email when I placed my order thanking me for it and saying I’ll get an email when it’s on its way.
Not a single item has been delivered, I’ve emailed and tried to contact the company four times and absolutely nothing in return just been ignored completely.
Now I’m trying to get my money back through PayPal which is becoming quite difficult.

Ordered over £60 of items, had no tracking, contacted via email and Instagram and had no replies, seems they haven’t updated there social media for months so I’m assuming they’ve gone bust?

I am very disappointed!
I bought the set: Baby 10 Piece BDSM Kit in pink in November to have it before Christmas but now we have January and still nothing arrived. Now I waited almost two months and never received my package.
The Service is absolutely unattainable and to my emails only responded an automatic answer machine, there is no telephone number, no tracking opportunity so I’m completely lost about my package without response so I would like to know where my package is if not, I will back my money!!!

Never received my product, never got a confirmation about changing product when I asked to change colors (immediately after buying the other color on accident), have waited over 2 months
