We bought my son an intercooler. Fantastic customer service. Responds to emails swiftly and on a bank holiday! Refunds dealt with right away. I am very impressed with this company.

Hi Rajesh,
The item ordered was clearly stated as made-to-order and non-returnable before purchase. This information was shown on the product page, within our Terms & Conditions, and was explicitly agreed to via a mandatory checkbox at checkout.
Under UK consumer law, made-to-order items are exempt from the cooling-off period, and our decision was therefore correct and in line with the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
If there had been a genuine issue with the item, such as damage or an incorrect part supplied, we would of course have offered a refund or exchange.
We always aim to be transparent and are happy to answer any questions prior to ordering to ensure suitability.
Thanks

Vinyl Wrap Review
Had my Golf R Mk7 fully colour changed with a Sherwood Green vinyl wrap at DC Prestige and couldn’t be happier with the result. The finish is spot on and the attention to detail across the whole wrap really shows.
From start to finish the process was straightforward, communication was great and the turnaround time was excellent. The car looks completely different now and gets attention everywhere it goes. Would highly recommend DC Prestige to anyone looking for a professional vinyl wrap or colour change.
Cant wait to get my carbon diffuser to finish the build off.

It was a pleasure carrying out the full colour change vinyl wrap on your Golf R Mk7, and we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the finish and attention to detail. Sherwood Green is a cracking choice and completely transforms the car. It definitely turns heads for all the right reasons.
We’re pleased with the entire process, including communication and turnaround, which met expectations. That’s exactly the experience we aim to deliver on every vehicle that comes through DC Prestige.
The carbon diffuser will be the perfect finishing touch. We’ll be looking forward to seeing the car again once the build’s complete. Thanks again for choosing us and for the recommendation! 👊

Good website
Good website, nice layout, easy and plentiful payment options. Only issue is the item I ordered said in stock on the web page. Alex reached out to me to inform me that the item has a 20 day lead time and to check if I wanted to wait or he could issue an immediate refund. Other than this issue, pleasant service.

We’re glad you found the website easy to use and the payment options helpful, and we also appreciate you highlighting the stock status issue. We agree that clarity is important here.
As soon as we spotted the discrepancy, we reached out to explain the lead time and offered an immediate refund as an alternative, as we always want customers to have the choice. We’re also actively improving how lead times are displayed to avoid this happening again.
Thanks again for your understanding and for the kind words about the service. We’d be more than happy to help again in the future.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a grill for my new Audi S3, unfortunately on delivery the box was badly damaged and the new grill was cracked (fault of the delivery company). My mother had signed for the package so I thought I may have a difficult time getting a replacement, I couldn't have been more wrong, Alex was superb, he was very helpful, professional and sorted a replacement straight away.
